It was clean easy clean comfortable really enjoyed the stay at a great price

It was fine. Nothing special for a luxury brand. Common areas were nice, but room was pretty average/typical of Marriott brand for the price. I think we throw the term ‘luxury” around too much - much based on reputation of name rather than actual delivery of that standard.

Next to the White House, i was able to do everything by foot.
Only one thing I didnt like: you can't use the minibar. It's only for hotel service.

Husband traveled solo, check in and stay was great. He says it was super-comfortable and not very loud, and located in ideal spot for access to all areas he needed to travel in the city. Convenience and comfort!

Cleaning person came late around 3pm. We were out in the morning at 9am. So we never had our room cleaned.

Everything was amazing (I found the pillows a bit flat but that’s just me being picky). Staff is friendly, hotel is very well maintained and I’m a prime location.

I stayed at a hotel in and was really disappointed with the front desk staff. I had booked a city view room, but when I checked in, they gave me a different room. When I asked about the change, the person at the front desk was incredibly rude and told me, “If you’re not interested, you can check out.” This kind of treatment is unacceptable.

The only thing was the AC, no matter how much you set it to, it never got to the temp it was set, room was warm. Other than that, the staff was great! The hotel is beautiful! And the room was GREAT!

It was clean and nice but they charged extra with any excuses. Parking was too expensive at the horel for $70 a night. They didn’t have a fridge in the room and charged $25 extra for it.

It was very good. The AC wasn't ideal (not cool enough and I have an autoimmune disorder which requires it colder than normal). The staff at the front desk was professional, courteous, and helpful -- especially Olivia. They were hugely helpful. Also, the coffee shop was really outstanding. Hugely friendly and helpful staff there too, especially Roberto, who went above and beyond!

The hotel location and lobby was great. Our rooms were a disappointment. They looked out at the backside of the hotel, at the airconditioning units which were loud and we were on a low floor. Additionally, the toilet was leaking the entire night occasionally flushing on its own. The breakfast options were expensive and bad tasting. The marketplace in the lobby was lacking in offerings and was overpriced. The hotel offered no coffee or other complementary beverages. The best part was the location of the hotel but there are other options available for our next visit.

They did not have the refrigerator and the microwave. We have a baby. And the baby needs hot milk so we have to pay them 25$ for the microwave use. I will not recommend this place.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful. Staff is courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
