The hotel experience was okay, not great. The service staff were professional. They did not go out of the way to make our stay pleasant. It's proximity to shopping and the subway makes it an ideal place to book. The dining options are pretty limited.

At lunch my 1st day, my server Ethiopia, was the model attendant - friendly, smiling, quick, and of course got my order right and out in a timely manner.

We enjoyed our stay. They had exceptional service and were good with ADA compliance.

Balcony was Great all around. The food was great, customer service and all.! Looking forward to coming back!

The room is so old

The “garden view” is the garage levels & look like a prison yard. Building & rooms need an update bad it’s very dull & not modern!!

Bed bugs. Tv service was horrible. A/C was out. Staff was amazing. Facility was poor.

Good average conference centre but staff were very helpful at the breakfast area and reception allowing us to check in comfortably ! Club room is average otherwise good business Marriott big conference type hotel with parking lot ( daily rate was $38 a day ) and Lenox mall was just opposite of the hotel

They need something other than feather pillows, and the beds were super soft, not great with a bad back. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice and the staff were very helpful!!

All staff including Vallet was extra nice and helpful!

I like the location but I didn’t expect that I’m paying quite bit money to stay in Marriott and the room isn’t clean. I stayed 3 nights and they didn’t even show up to clean the room or even put clean towels and coffee . The hotel management has to work on the rooms clean part as we are not during Covid to at least have the cleaning stuff do their job instead of cutting the services and trying to make more money by taking advantage of the clients . I’m supper disappointed with my stay

Lobby is updated. Rooms are mediocre. Carpet is old. Bathrooms and entire rooms need updating.

Rooms are Dated. Drains clogged up a lot. Heard Room above & beside me Toilet flushed . The lobby is modern but the rooms are stuck in 1990.

Hotel was old and not expecting due to the price. Got 1 rate on the 3rd party app then hotel price was 300 dollars more.

Person checking us in did not explain that we had to pay for parking. It magically appeared on my CC. They had terrible /non-existent service at tge restaraunt. Valet was snarky. For a higher end establishment this certainly falls short

Everything was good for me exaltent place to day

It was very convenient for where I had to go and was clean. The food in the restaurant was also great. Two things that bother me: 1. Ashley, the parking valet, needs to know how to speak to customers. When I arrived, she greeted me, was explaining the process and another attendant walked over as if he were the one who was going to park. I pulled out a $20, wasn't sure who to give it to and handed it to her saying they can figure out who gets what. Ashley said to me, "Let me give you some advice. Next time, give it to the person who greets you so you don't have us out here fighting over $20." Are you kidding me? I didn't have to tip anything no less $20! Not cool. 2. Room 233 has a leaky faucet in the bathroom and the toilet must not be sealed properly as water would always seem to reappear around the toilet.
