We were 8 minutes to the Henry Ford Experience Museum and Greenfield Village. Perfect location!

Check in was easy. I was a bit difficult at check in, needing to split payment due to my payment not clearing in enough time. The gentleman that checked me in was absolutely a delight and made it all work for me. I can’t thank him enough. He went above and beyond, didn’t have to. But I thank him!
The convenience of location to stores, restaurants and other things was nice. We didn’t get to use it for leisure but did walk the courtyard, such a cute, comfortable spot to hang out!

The hotel was easy to access and pleasant enough to stay in. Check-in was easy and very friendly personnel. Wish they offered free coffee,(outside of the room), and breakfast with the stay- I think the cost merits it.

The overall service was fantasic! I was getting married and they remembered me everyday! I loved the private courtyard, the bar/dinning option was small but lots of choices, and the 24 hour nook for water etc. I was disappointed about no hot tub even though its advertised and the pool room was freezing cold. Too cold to swim in it. The hotel was nice but upgradges in the bathroom would be nice. Overall, i would stay again due to the amazing service.

The room is nice. The beds are comfortable. The carpet in this room is worn with some holes in it. We ate breakfast at the bistro and our food was pretty good.

The checkin process was wonderful. The two young ladies was able to fix my reservation after someone change it. I was told that morning it was due to over booking but that was not the case when my room type was available. Again thank you to the two young ladies that even. You did an amazing job.

I checked into the room and the toilet was a mess and it could not flush, I tried calling front desk using the room land line but the phone didn’t work. I went to the front desk and I was very upset and the put me into a queen bed room which I didn’t want. I am very upset that I paid 164.00$ for this stay through Orbitz and I hope something is done about this situation.

Room was clean and comfortable….staff was not as friendly or accommodating as i expected, compared to other Marriott properties I’ve stayed in.

Only Starbucks coffee offered in lobby. Most hotels have a coffee and juice dispenser available in the lobby.
Too bad having to make a couple of extra bucks that way.
As for front desk employees they were excellent in every way. As a business owner myself I would love to have them in my employ.

We were here before the Thanksgiving holiday, so I assume this attributes to the hotels empty feel, as I assume this place caters to business travelers. The pool was large enough for our children to play, and the rooms were well enough appointed.
The onsite dining options are not great, especially in the evenings. But again, assuming you are a business traveler, this should be acceptable. The noted whirlpool does not exist, looks like the controls are still on the wall of the pool area but the feature itself was filled in / removed at some point.
Would definitely stay again, especially at the price point hotels.com was able to get for me.

This hotel was clean and hospitable.
The pool was the coldest I can recall.
After swimming 50 lengths, I was still very cold and decided to stop because it was so uncomfortable.

Hotel room was very clean. The gym had two treadmills, hand weights, medicine balls, yoga mats, a bike and an elliptical. Front desk was courteous and responsive. Would stay there again.

I have to say this was my best hotel experience ever! I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this has been the best one. Every single employee was amazing. The whole place was immaculate. First hotel I ever stayed at where people actually hang out in the lobby. Very cozy friendly atmosphere. Anything I have planned in Detroit again I will come back to this hotel instead of downtown Detroit.

Overall the stay was good, room was exceptionally clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside to my stay was the bed, it had a low spot in the mattress which was tough to sleep on and made my back hurt in the morning. All and all though it was a good experience at this location and made access for travel very easy.

Mold and dust in the shower and the lighr fixtures. Oh and make sure to put both layers of the shower curtain in the tub or you will flood the bathroom.

Customer service at this location is the best I’ve experienced in many years. Penny at the front desk and Angelic in the restaurant had the best attitude. It doesn’t stop there, customer service is infectious throughout the hotel
