Waited over an hour to be picked up at the airport which was close to the hotel. The swimming pool had lots of leaves and wood pieces in the pool and around on the pool decking.

Ok property. Expected more from a doubletree. Service was excellent. I had a flight cancellation and they were very generous with late checkout.

This hotel is not worth the money that I paid for it. The hotel is stale and DATED!! The bathroom looks dirty and the room felt really dirty and stale. The only good thing about the hotel was that they have an airport shuttle and the bed was actually comfortable. The door to the room was loose and you could see through the crack into the walkway. The walls are really thin and the floor squeak. If I could dispute this with my credit card I would!!!
I would recommend that you stay somewhere

We had mold in our room, my child woke up, absolutely stuffy and sick, when to the staff with pictures…for 215$ a night unacceptable

I was forced to book another hotel as the accommodations were substandard and I was charged $400 over my quoted price. Terrible hotel

I enjoyed the location, very easy access to airport and highways. Staff were kind and helpful. The place overall looks nice. That was my second stay there and I keep coming back for the cookies.. lol. A few things I don’t like which are my preferences.. There were stains on the bottom bed frame, garbages had no garbage bags, bathrooms are small and could use some updating. I was able to see dirt in the corners of the bathroom. The lightning is not good for anyone wanting to do make. This stay, my daughter bought yogurt from the lobby, the yogurt cups were warm and texture was off. It could be due to people going in and out of fridge but either way we didn’t eat it. The elevator is fast which is a plus but at times it didn’t smell pleasing but overall a good place to stay.

We reserved a king and they only had a double. Bad start.
The floor in the room was so sticky that we had to keep our shoes on.
The air conditioner sounds like a space ship. The bed linens were lacking. The shower head was barely hanging on and had bad pressure. Bathroom was so small and dark which made it hard to put makeup on. All of this would be fine in a cheaper hotel, but it was not cheap.
We won’t be staying here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but needed a few cosmetic upgrades such as covering chipped paint and worn holes in the carpet. Very clean place with an excellent restaurant downstairs.

The shower had no pressure. The blanket was filled with mole as well as the air conditioner. The dresser doors was messed up the bathroom vanity was leaking

Room wasn’t ready when we got there after 5pm, due to washer/dryer breaking. Not their fault. We got to the room the floor was sticky, there was still garbage from previous people who were in the room, and the bathroom wasn’t completely clean. We were only at the hotel for one night, so we tried to overloook all the things, but a sticky for couldn’t be ignored.

The girl who checked me in was unpleasant. She acted like I was bothering her and she wanted me to just go away. Also, if you park a car on property, they should tell you at checkin that you have to keep your door key to get out of the parking lot. I was not happy waiting to get out when I was trying to get to the airport on time.
