Rooms very well maintained and well designed.

Really liked this ‘boutique feel’ hotel. It was decorated with a current style, simple & clean. Bed was comfortable. Property grounds were clean. Able to eat on the restaurant patio with my 2 dogs. I would definitely stay here again (as I pass through going north to Oregon).

The Leta must keep trying to improve. Locals apparently frequent the bar. Despite confirming room reservation details the day before arrival, they juggled rooms. Upon check-in, they tried to convince me of being upgraded to a small room with a king-size bed on the second floor. Reservation was for a parlor-patio room on the ground level ADA/Accessible was not reserved. Yet, only an ADA/accessible room was available. Furnishings were sparse because they explained that their furniture is in disrepair. Despite initially requesting additional lighting twice followed by an Engineer visit promising to return in 10 minutes, accommodation and delivery for more lighting failed until a third request. If the The Leta strives harder to meet expectations and be very timely and consistent to honor guest requests, they should be able to live up to the Hilton brand. Housekeeping and select front desk staff were very personable and accommodating.

This hotel has a fun vibe and energy. Loved that it dog friendly and dogs everywhere. But a 5 STAR shout out to Rafael the Housekeeping Manager. My daughter left behind her custom hat that her grandmother made for her before she passed. My daughter was in tears and beside herself. The front desk told us to file a notice on ileftmystuff.com which we did but not really understanding the process I asked for the hotel to call me. Not only did he have the hat but he explained the process to me and shipped it out same day. 5 STARS for him! Thank you for a great experience.

We had a great time at this hotel. Beautiful hotel, the pools was amazing. Smelling the Bragmasims every time we walked in or out was very pleasant. The hotel restaurant was great and the bartenders were friendly and very helpful. Loved our stay

The outside and inside of the room is dirty. The shower head and bathtub is dirty.

Given the price, I was disappointed. The desk staff weren't very helpful, the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the walls were thin. I expected more.

Our room was dirty and our bathroom door wasn’t working. Then in the morning for breakfast we waited more than 30 minutes to get our food. The only good experience we had at the hotel was our wonderful bartender from the first night we got there. She was wonderful.

Super convenient for families needing to be close to their UC, IV or CC student. An older property that has been redone and is now stylish, clean and fun. The rooms are on the small side but laid out nicely. The pool area in the center courtyard is lush with a relaxing garden vibe. Loved the ground level rooms with a patio, the indoor/outdoor restaurant with firepit also. One of the nicest pet friendly places we've found.

The Leta is a nicely refurbished motel in the style of the 70’s. Once you’re leaning into the motel experience, it’s a good place to stay. Large parking lot available (although I was surprised to see that a parking fee was added)

Needed to contact staff multiple times for the same thing because they didn’t address the need or request. The property was clean and they tried updating it, but it still needs some work, walls too thin. Staff was kind enough to upgrade us. Mix of pros and cons.

Check out revealed that we were charged to different rates for the five rooms we booked. No statements were emailed or provided so we have no idea what the charges were for and feel confused.

It was pretty solid. Felt like the pictures and title were a bit deceiving as it is a motel with some lipstick on. Lobby was nice. Shower and floors felt a little dirty.

The property itself was pretty nice, however we were given the WORST room. They call it the parlor room. In reality, it's meant to be a connected to another room. So you only have a pull out sofa bed. Our hot water didnt even come on in the sink and the lamp was shorting out. The connecting room partied until 2am and then made loud phone calls at 6am. Not what you want to experience paying $400 a night

Older motel that has been updated nicely. Still had the older motel vibes with the super loud AC in the window. Bathrooms were small.

Really liked the funky midcentury modern decor of this hotel and while the rooms weren't luxurious, they were well-designed and reasonably spacious. A few notes (not dings, just to inform other travelers' thinking): the property definitely has a party vibe, there were people clustered around the open bar and firepits and pool area and it could get noisy. The air conditioning unit was also pretty noisy although powerful, which I appreciated, and the bed was comfortable (with good pillows) although I wish there had been a fitted sheet. Finally, the staff was friendly - there was some confusion about our included breakfast, which was part of the Expedia package I had paid for, but we got it sorted out.

There was a wedding group staying at the hotel. They returned from the wedding at 1:30 am drunk and noisy. The kept us awake while they continued to party at the fire pit. We asked the front desk why the pool closed at 10 pm, but guests were allowed to party at the fire pit for as late as they wanted? Front desk did not care. We paid a lot log $ for our room, and even inquired at check in about the pool hours. We were assured the pool shut down at 10. Apparently the fire pit had no hours. Super disappointed that the hotel would give priority to the group of partygoers and not to our family with small children. We will not be recommending the Leta to any of our out-of-town guests

Did not care for the location more like a miter turned into a hotel.

Cute property and bed. No elevator to second floor, fan in the bathrooms, or jacuzzi ☹️ Also, oddly placed shower heads that made it impossible to keep water off the bathroom floor.

The bathroom had a bad odor. They should give bottle water for FREE, they charge $3.00 per a 16 oz bottle of water, when the room rate wasn’t cheap.
