Sketchy !! Nice pool. Was a place to sleep. Not so sure about safe.

It was clean and everything was great . Workers were awesome ! I would recommend to friends and family !

There were 2 elongated Brown stains/ streaks on the bedding top when we entered

Staff friendly and helpful

This was the least bad Best Western we've stayed at in the last 3 years. Damage to property was minimal. Cleanliness was average (but much better than other Best Westerns) Indoor pool/hot tub water was clear and the area was in good repair (again superlative for a Best Western). Breakfast buffet was poor quality, but clean and well stocked. NO housekeeping for the room (unless you see the sign requiring you to make a request). A good $50 room priced at almost $200.

Property is clean and well kept. Pool and hot tub were great. Staff is friendly and personable. We had a very nice stay.

Have stayed at this BW many time and it always clean and comfortable.

Worried about the appearance and possible bed bugs after arriving and looking at the room at first glance. It felt it looked a little rough but after spending the night and a week later, no bed bugs and the room was quiet enough to sleep.

AC was not sufficient in the building and when we asked the staff if there was anything they could do, they said that there were no other available rooms with working AC. The night staff was very helpful and tried to help by bringing us a fan, but when I spoke to management the next day, they cited the provided fan as sufficient service to not award us compensation for our stay. We ended up paying $200/night for a room with no AC all because they gave us a fan for a room that was 76 degrees with no ability to open a window. The reason for thetwo-star rating instead of one is due to the helpfulness of the night staff. They were very kind and did their best.

We were desperate for a room while traveling & this was our only option. Our room overlooked the pool so it was quite loud from the swimmers. Our room had some stains on the carpet and on the shade. Breakfast was ok. I don’t consider this a good value for the price.

This place was very accomodating to us. Lady at front desk was very welcoming. She gave us a nice room near the door and a gift bag for our pooch. I recommend this hotel.

Had everything we needed after a long, 4-day drive down from Alaska (like washer/dryer) - loved the location and the area in general.

There were homeless people at the side entrances. Exterior of the building is not the greatest. Breakfast was good and the swimming area is good if you have kids.

Staff was very friendly and nice

We had a 4 day stay. Under staffed. Staff, including managers had poor attitudes. Reluctant to help with issues if they could even be found. AC in first room kept throwing the breaker. When we moved to a different room we had to request to have it cleaned, which we did daily, but it was only cleaned on one of the 4 days. We had to keep going to the front desk for towels, toilet paper, and room suppies.

Hospitality.

Heather was wonderful! The staff were helpful. It was an older building but everything was what it should be for a Best Western and they all tried to extend and help anyway they could. Breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay again!

Things look a bit old, you can tell this place has seen some years. However, the room was updated and clean, and the food offerings for breakfast and happy hour were great! I think it’s excessive to charge a pet fee for every single day. Once for the duration or once a week for long term guests would be more fair. My little Yorkie who spent very little time in the room, is extremely well behaved, and doesn’t even shed cost $75 for only 3 days.

I liked the location, parking was good, I liked the pool, the breakfast was very good, and I enjoyed the happy hour arrangement!

We booked 2 poolside rooms so grandkids could leave the room and jump into the pool, andi have mobility issues. We received balcony rooms. When I asked about that, staff just shrugged. On top of that, when we lugged our stuff up the steps, neither of our rooms had been cleaned from previous tenants. We got 2 new rooms on the balcony. Grrr.

Many members of my family stayed in many rooms. We were treated very well, and we’re given a lot of assistance by the staff to make our event success.

The waffle bar was nice

We had confirmed an accessible room, and everything was great in terms of parking, room size, accessible show with seat, etc. However, when it was time for breakfast, we found that the room was 1/2 story down via steps. We were first told "sorry this is an old hotel and we don't have an elevator." After we stood there for a while with our walkers looking lost, they offered that we could get into our car and drive around to the back and go in through another door on the lower level. This would have involved lifting both walkers back into the car, lifting them out of the car, and repeating all that after breakfast. Eventually they offered to carry our walkers down if we could use the railings to walk down. We agreed to do that - not true accessibility, but we got to eat!

It was very clean. Front desk person nice. I would stay there away. It is in a quiet area.

Hot tub was same temperature as pool so definitely not a hot tub. We paid extra to stay at a hotel that had a hot tub. I called the front desk around 6:00pm and they said someone would check it out. It was never fixed/turned up. We also reported it to an employee who walked thru pool area as well Very disappointing. Otherwise hotel was fine with great breakfast

The funky smell in my room was almost unbearable. The place needs some updating. service was good, hot tub was nice.
