Place is very clean and staff very helpful. Rooms were very clean and nice. Free breakfast and parking a plus. Would book again.

It was great! We’ve stayed here a few times in the past and never had any problems. Checkin is always easy and they accommodate if needed. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The stay is always enjoyable. It’s nice and quiet too. If you come back to the hotel after 10pm I believe, you just need your key to open the door, so make sure you don’t forget it!

Air conditioner was very noisy. It sounded like it was not going to stay working. The pool was not available so if you wanted to go swimming, you had to go to the neighboring hotel. Breakfast was ok , not the best but ok. Room phone didnt work when we first got there. The hotel is in need of updating. But it was clean. Overall it was ok

100 degrees outside and AC wasn't working properly. Front desk was rude when we asked if another room was available. They told us that 3rd party bookings, such as Hotels.com, are their lowest priority. Pool area looked like a war zone. Booked for 4 nights, had to cancel the last 3 and find another place to stay. Palm and forehead prints on our car windows from car prowlers.

The pool was closed. The Breakfast needs Bacon added to it, as well as additional Toasters. It need more breakfast things in general. The space needs to be added to hallways and Breakfast area.

Hotel staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were on the small side, but were clean and comfortable. The AC unit was loud, especially at night. Nice selection for breakfast. Would have liked to see recycling and compost bins in the dining area. Overall, we are enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was in a good area, but was dated and bed was very uncomfortable. The price was affordable, but it was very difficult to control the blinds which were automated and the remotes were not working. Booked a King Suite with a pull out sofa. The sofa did not pull out and we had to get a roll away bed. The TV was broken in the bedroom and the bathrooms (there were two) both smelled moldy.

We ordered Door Dash and the dasher was allowed to come directly to our room. In the past I've been called to come get it.

I was placed next to the elevators and asked to be moved because it was extremely nosey, especially the room service ladies and maintenance people, they would yell down the hallway as if people weren’t in the rooms. I tried to get my room switched, they said they would call me and never heard back.

The internet for me and my son with all of our devices was terrible. Seems like all they have is 802.11b/g routers, only connecting at 48Mbps, and very random upload/download speeds, often getting 4kbps up or even less.

The first room took 1hr to check in cause Expedia didn’t add payment to my room when I finally got to my room it smelled like a sewer and pee went to front desk got a new room and sink had black flakes in it paint missing around the room rust in bathroom just now happy at all couldn’t move to a new location cause a refund would take 5 days unfortunately I had to stay

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The maid only comes every third day. We stayed 3 nights, so no maid service. But that was ok. Towels are thin and cheap. Breakfast was average, not enough seating and long line to get food. Pool area is small and completely shaded till after noon. Pool seemed to be un heated. But for a budget hotel, I’d say it is above average overall.

Nice easy check in. We were in room 206 and the AC is noisy and took a while for it to cool the room. The toilet wouldnt flush. Had it fixed 3 x in 24 hours with no luck. Moved us to room 205. Ac worked better. Toulet still slow but flushed. Beds were ok. Staff were great. Refunded us $50 for the hassle. Brwkafast was decent. They even had light and fit yogurt. 1 waffle maker eggs and sausage or bacon. Oatmeal and breads.

The hotel itself is nice. I was there for 2 nights with my teen daughter. The room was fine but man the AC was super loud. The bathroom was SMALL and awkward. I could touch the ceiling in there. Then the tub had to bath at rolled into the corner??? We didn’t even touch it. Plus the bathroom floor had stains near the tub that just looked weird so I covered the floor with a towel. The breakfast the 1st day was ok. Eggs, breakfast quiche, bagels, oatmeal, yogurt. The next day, no quiche but bacon and muffins were added (my kid loves muffins) overall, I would stay here again but the bathrooms need HELP

The Good: The staff were great, very friendly, and helpful.
The location is okay with lot's of shopping and things to do close by. Breakfast was okay, but not a huge varity of things to eat.
The Bad: The rooms were very small and not nicly equipped. The beds were not great, I was okay, but my wife said the bed was very uncomfortable.
The hotel was noisy with lots of slamming doors and noisy neighbors.
Also could here all the loud cars on the street in front.
The AC was loud and was either on full blast or off.
The shower was not clean and super cramped. Vanity was tiny.
Very limited parking,
We were supposed to be there a week, and changed hotes after two nights.
Many nicer hotels close by.

We drove down from the Bay Area and got stuck on the 5 which meant we were arriving after 12am. I called the front desk and they were so accommodating and made the note. When I checked in it (we arrived at 1am) it was an easy check in and they saw the note. And the front desk was so nice and pleasant.

It was OK carpet could be replaced. Not too bad course I always wear sandals or slippers. Just not as good as expected. Very small window felt boxed in toilet very short, light for a child and did not flush. Use the downstairs toilet most of the time for three days.
