I've staid here twice. I usually have a lot of luggage as I'm going camping the next 3 days, so I like the convenience of a motel and pulling up to your room. The rooms are really clean and nice. They have renovated the motel in the last few years. It's only 1 1/2 miles to downtown and really close to 385. There is a sports bar across the street and a Harris Teeter down the road. Great value.

It was an updated room by poor contractors. The location is horrible. All you hear at night is the traffic. The Monday night (2:39 am) dumpster slams were a plus.

Quiet, remodeled and comfortable. Everything is nice and all the employees are so nice. Only complaint is breakfast is the same everyday and some days it was cold like the pans were not heated. Other than that I love this place. I stayed a week and will definitely stay again if I ever need to

The bed was dreadful. The coffeemaker is IN the bathroom. The towels seemed old and some were no longer quite white. The desk chair was totally broken.

It doesn’t look like much on the outside but my room was very clean, everything worked and I felt secure.

The word urban boutique is misleading. I would say very basic with a flimsy mattress and dorm like furniture. Greenville has so many fun restaurants and this is out of the way if you want walk around the downtown area without getting into your car.

Always our place to stay in Greenville. Convenient, comfortable, great beds and pillows, huge shower, free breakfast. And incredibly affordable!

This older motel has been nicely upgraded and the breakfast is worthwhile, but it is clearly for a younger guest. The beds are very low, and while there is a comfortable desk chair, the lounge chair is both very small and very uncomfortable. The bathroom has no safety bars either near the toilet or in the shower. The water pressure in the sink was terrible. Although we did not use it, the shower pressure was better. There was no vent fan. Perhaps these things are not as important to younger guests.

For a motel, this was a great place. Being a little noisy outside is the only thing i would ding it on, but not that bad. The price for something so close to downtown definitely made it worth it. Basic, simple and clean. The staff were very friendly.

Great value! Clean! Breakfast choices are nice! Shower door would not stay closed. Other than that it was great. This was our second stay at this location. We will be back!

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The worker when I checked in was polite and gave me a room key while my mother completed the process so i could use the restroom since one was not available in the lobby. The room was simple, clean, and modernized. The beds were on the too soft side, but I still enjoyed an unterrupted rest! The water pressure was on the lower side, but the stand-in shower was spacious and both it and the sink got hot. The breakfast included three types of cereal, coffee, milk, oranges, waffles, sausage links, juice, biscuits, powdered eggs, and a few more options. You're not supposed to take food to your room, but the outside seating area was nice, even for a rainy day. Check-out was fast with no fuss.

Met expectations for price. Neat ability to cast from iPad to hotel TV. Outside doors not a favorite but not unexpected.

The place was very clean, well-maintained, and staff were friendly and genuine. Great location out of the city, but still only a 10 minute drive to Unity Park. Very good value and I would stay there again!

Sometimes, you just need a comfortable place to stay and the UBH Hotel provides this. Noise level was possibly the only issue because this is a road / parking lot facing facility, so outside noise can be an issue. However, the staff and accommodations were perfect for what I needed. Thank you

The room was okay. Bed was uncomfortable. It was clean enough but can use some updating.

Ok for one night with a pet. Bed was comfy memory foam. I thought from the photos there was a wooded area to walk a dog, but it drops off and there's just a small area next to a convenience store. Breakfast was better than expected. The security deposit seems a bit excessive, but otherwise it suited our needs and was in an ok area.

Great property just right outside of town but only 10 mins away from the mall and tons of food options for dinner check in was easy and simple and great shower head pressure.

Surrounding area very loud and dirty feeling, old scratched furniture and scuffed paint on the walls in the room, everything just felt gross

This property was perfect for our trip, needed good night's sleep, shower and close to downtown. Price was very good, pretty decent breakfast for a small facility. You can tell they take pride in their property. I would visit again.

We enjoyed being able to have a hotel that was affordable for our family that is safe and close to the facility we needed for my husband to train for his job at Clemson University Research Park.

Not sure tif it he owner/manager who checked us in (and I hope not!) but she was not very welcoming. It costs you nothing to say hello and smile. You have a job because of customers like us. The lady in housekeeping however was wonderful!! Always a giant smile and a big hello! Promote that woman! She saved you from getting 2 stars from me.

Stayed here a couple times last year, great location and close to everything yet far away enough from the noise and city chaos. Issue with others being a bit loud in the room above, manager moved me to the other side and everything was great, much quieter (they were younger, not unruly or aggressive, more likely just clueless about the concept of being considerate of others). They’ve been very responsive each time I’ve stayed, price is great, and would definitely stay again!
