The breakfast!!!

The bathroom wasn’t clean in our room and the hallways smelled like weed.

There were literal tiny roaches everywhere on the bathroom sink and a larger roach crawling around the table that people eat on in the room. The rooms and walls were stained with unknown stuff. Don't stay here if you want to feel even remotely comfortable.

I never wake up in time for breakfast, the location is convenient. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and cozy.

The only thing I didn’t like and I think it’s with all hotels now, is the fact they took comforters away. There is only a thin sheet and I’m freezing. Also no ice buckets in the rooms. Maybe everything was taken out due to Covid, but the pandemic is declared over by the President, so please bring essentials back.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

There was no ice bucket in the room. The only ice machine that worked was by the pool. The continental breakfast was sad.

Night clerk was the rudest human I have encountered in a long time. She was literally fighting with a guest outside my door the first night I was there.

The location of the hotel was within walking distance of alot of resturants and facilities

The A/C did not work. The sheets on the bed was very dirty and had spots on it

While we were checking in, the receptionist answered her personal phone and had a conversation with them the whole time. When we went to check out, there was no one around, not even in the breakfast area around the corner even though breakfast was being served at the time. We waited around 30 minutes and I finally placed the card on the reception desk instead of on the reception countertop because there were other people in the lobby and I didn’t want my card getting misplaced and to be charged extra.

Melissa at the front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional and the head housekeeping lady who believes she is the boss.

The location was convenient, the beds were comfortable, and the room was overall pretty clean. The staff was also super friendly. Some other reviews complained about smells, but our room didn't have any odors in it.

The road noise was pretty loud. There were also some things about the property that seemed to not be in the best repair (half of our window had a ton of condensation on it and there were a few other minor maintenance things outside the building).

Nothing! this property should not be listed. Our first room was filthy dirty and looked like a crack house room. the toilet was scary and the tub had water standing in it. the furniture was chip and looked like it was someone’s second had stuff. The bed In that room looked like a csi crime scene. the smell in this room was worse than an ashtray. it stank! after returning to the office saying we could not take that room the said we got upgraded to the 3 floor which was the room used in the pictures on booking. It was much better. but not great.

Many people were living at this hotel. it had some questionable activities going on. that the reviews on booking was misleading. once we got int South Carolina I found the real reviews. they all said the same thing. Don’t stay here! I wish I had gotten pictures but I was in shock!

There were signs all over the hotel saying it was a non smoking hotel but as soon as you entered any hall, the smell of Marijuana hit you in the face and you could smell it strongly in the room as well
