The hotel needs renovation and serious work on climatisation. The temperature in the rooms was closer to a sauna than hotel rooms...
The breakfast variety is poor and of bad quality. The scrambled eggs and boiled eggs were cold and smelling bad....
It is really overrated and overpriced and doesn't reflect 4 star chain hotel standards at all. The staff is helpful but couldn't solve the problems...

Cleaning staff did not clean room every day. Had to ask for toilet paper as they did not give any even though there wasn’t any in the bathroom. Also left room door open on one occasion after they did “clean” Previously stayed at Crowne Plaza in Padova but was full so booked this hotel. Now we understand why that was full as a much better staff over there.

I often stay at this Sheraton hotel.
The location is great for me, next to highway, so can be noisey if you get a room facing the highway.
The Hotel needs some updating but it is definitely a very good 4star hotel for Italian standards.

Loved this hotel, has a Michelin hotel inside. Food was fabulous. They were extremely accommodating and very clean!

Furniture and all installations need some refurbishment: the shower make a terrible noise when use it.

Marriott is losing its customer centricity, it seems to be a global phenomenon. It has become a common observation. I have had better experiences with other hotel chains atleast in this year.

The hotel is a bit tired but rooms well appointed and service good. Upgraded a family suite to joining rooms at extra cost - this gave us a lot of space.

The only way to get to the property is to get taxi, bed leg was broken, we were able to fix it but every time we wound go back to the room it was broken again. Half of the stuff was really nice and half had kinda attitude

Great place to stay if visiting Venice It's about the 1/3 of the price of staying in Venice. For two people it's about $54 round trip to Venice via taxi and train. Rooms do not have irons though

It is a Sheraton. So it has Sheraton standard. Nice, clean, spacious room. Friendly helpful staff. Enjoyable hot breakfast. But it is not walking distance from the centre. It is 15 minute taxi ride to the centre. It is across the street from IKEA but there are no shops of any kind around. They do have a decent restaurant for evening meal.

Good service, great location for some brief hikes with the kids. Excellent English knowledge so kids could always communicate with the staff.

Our family of 4 wanted a hotel nesr highway so we depart next day, and it was exactly that. Service and staff Valentina i think and everyone were very nice. Room and hotel old er but room very clean and sheets amazing, perfect room for our kids and us. Thank u

Very warm welcome at reception and speedy check in. Room was large and beds very comfortable. Was a bit warm for me the air conditioning was switched off due to the weather. Breakfast was a reasonably wide selection of cooked and cold breakfast that was really tasty. I ordered room service twice and that was excellent & I called to compliment the chef. Not too keen on the mosquito bites I mentioned it at reception but they said it’s usually worse in summerThat surprised me a bit, would have thought they’d do something about it rather than see the mosquitoes as guests. You don’t pay to get bitten by mosquitoes Other than that, really polite & helpful staff.

Went threw racism when I went to breakfast from waitress there. I left went to speak to the hotel manager who stated that he would refund me the cost of my breakfast for the 2 days per person but did not when I check out I ask the front desk if it was refunded he told me no it was not and cannot be refunded so the hotel manager lied to me. Will never stay there again as well as will let everyone know about my experience.

We enjoyed our stay! However, we had trouble with the ventilation system In our room so we were cold the first night. Everything was fixed for the second night, good service. Only drawback is the location. We had to take a taxi into town.
