Location is superb. Property was clean and bed very comfortable

Check-in with a kiosk is an absolute pain. Totally impersonal. Early check-in, even if the room was ready, was not possible. Kitchen was poorly equipped (a bit of milk in the fridge would have been handy) and laundry facilities impossible to find. Found the cleaning lady on level 4 and she couldn't help me with laundry facilities. Freezer compartment in fridge was completely iced up, so nothing could be put in the freezer. Overall we thought the property was overrated.

Central location.

The check-in machine was the most annoying and complicated I ever encountered. The apartment was rather small, and the elevator took ages every time. The view from the window is quite industrial, and there was a humming sound in the night (like from a fan?) from outside that kept me awake. A part of the window fell off when we barely touched it. The whole place looked like it wanted to appear fancy while investing the least effort possible.

A few little details, like a small leak from the boiler that made some noise at night (but we are sure this will quickly be resolved) and the iron did not work. Otherwise correct stay.

I miss a person size mirror and a space to hang a coat at the entrance.

I like the position and the place was clean.

I did not like that the dog was charged 30€ and it was not communicated (usually is around 10€). Plus we were 3 and the blankets for the 3th person (including the towels) were hidden into the guardrobe, plus the coffe were multiples of 2. So it was not clear if they considered as 3 or 2. The boiler was losing drops of water and it was not communicated, likely we did not move the container below that was collecting the drops before relaizing it. No bins for differentiating the trush.

The location is excellent, it couldn't be more central, and it's also a 15 minute walk from the station, which makes it very convenient. Self check-in was pretty easy. Our one-bedroom apartment had everything you need (good wifi, hairdryer, iron, air-con, incl. an equipped kitchen, which we didn't use) and was extremely clean. We appreciated the bottle of water in the fridge: similar structures where you don't have any contact with the owner didn't provide it, so I no longer take it for granted.

It's on the expensive side (we booked the last suite available - a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen - so we had no choice in terms of different prices), which is justified by the central location. There is no cleaning service during your stay, which was ok for us for 4 days. The interior/decor is very minimal/essential, no warm feeling: there is everything you need (also a well-equipped kitchen that we didn't use), but no frills. There is no interaction whatsoever with the owner, which was fine for us since they provided a number to contact and they were pretty responsive. The bed is a bit soft - I would suggest having a full-length mirror in the suite, as the only mirror was the small-ish one in the bathroom, and leaving more toilet paper rolls: they left 1 and a half for 4 days, we met the cleaning ladies one day and asked for more.

It is a great location for a several day visit to Padua. Grocery store right outside the door and restaurants and shops within walking distance. The apartment is clean and spacious with decent kitchen amenities.

There cannot be a better location in Padova. Room was big enough and clean. Kitchen was well equipped.

Difficult if traveling with luggage as it's not accessible by car. One had to walk 200 metres, fortunately it was not raining. Luggage storage area on 1st floor didn't have lift, so carrying suitcases by stairs was quite a task and bad for back.

You will use an electronic kiosk for check-in. It takes a few minutes -- which you can speed up if you enter data online before you arrive -- but works really nicely. Outstanding location, perfectly situated in the center of town, walkable to everything. Large main room, bright with openable windows, large bed, desk and chair. Quiet. Tiny kitchen (that we did not use). Good bathroom. Lockers to store luggage until 8 pm / 20:00 the date of you check-out.

Beware mosquitoes. Use of laundry machine is €15 per day.

location was perfect.

noise, slow elevator, spartan furnishings, not what was promised. the advertised terrace was accessible only by climbing a foot stool and walking out a window. one plate in the “furnished” kitchen, no room cleaning, required to take your trash a couple hundred meters to a dumpster. Towels and pillows were nice. Location is superb.

The location could not be any better. The room was really spacious, modern and clean. The digital check-in was really easy and I loved that I didn't need to carry any key with me. The bed was comfy and two types of pillow were available. There was a supermarket right next to the hotel.

The elevator is too slow. Blankets also should be given at the season of autumn.
