Old and run down. Smelly. Ants. Good breakfast. Good staff.

The rooms are old and dirty. The picture online is definitely not what you get. Beds are old and springs pop out. Not quiet all, very noisy.

The area and surroundings was very good and they are adding a Tesla charger on premises

Cost too much money, staff was not helpful, breakfast was terrible, shower sucked, and pool was not heated

My stay was good. The room was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfy. As far as sound proof , the people above me I could hear them heavy footed at 3 am. Woke up once do to someone loud walking in the hallway. I will say the shower water was super hot which was nice , The elevator to the second floor had a sticky floor and smelled alittle off

We love the king size bed and it was clean enough

Last minute booking for the 4th of July weekend. Pros: Staff was super friendly, the lady who checked us in was so sweet and personable. Really great complimentary breakfast. Location is convenient Cons: The photos online didn’t really match, we found out when we arrived that the hotel is undergoing renovations. I assume the photos are not recent, as the property and the room we stayed is much more dated in person. I looked on the website and the Expedia listing and from what I saw neither included that the hotel no longer has a hot tub but the photos of the pool area have a hot tub, which I was looking forward to, but not a big deal just something to be mindful of. Overall our stay was good for a last minute booking over a holiday weekend. Not sure if we’d stay again, but it wasn’t awful and in a pinch I would recommend.

Specifically wanted to stay at Comfort Inn because it was so close to my Wedding on Sat., June 29th along with my maid of honor for preparation of my Wedding at Elks. Since I dont go swimming alot my past coworkers aways stayed suring winter for storms in past and thought swimming and hot baths prior to my wedding would be wonderful. At check I am notified NO POOL, its explained with no adjustment which would of been nice since it was 1 of 2 reasons why I reserved there and if would of known this by 6/27 I would of cancelled but consumers are not notified. So after eating and knowing we could go for a swim in the pool, I went to run a bath, several attempts to wait for tub to fiill with hot water it never happened. Front desk and maintenance was aware and explained the normal routine reason's but THIS WAS UNACCEPTABLE NO PROBLEM PUTTING MY RECEIPT UNDER THE DOOR OF MY PAYMENT. NO HOT WATER FRIDAY after 7PM JUNE 28 to the time of 7AM, we had NO HOT BATH OR SHOWER BEFORE MY BIG DAY for me the bride or my Maid of Honor. Will never stay at your comfort inn again and i have stayed at other comfort inns and other hotel/motels and atleast compensated for bad services and/or had hot running water regardless of pool or not. Hotel is certainly overpriced for the condition it’s in. It needs an overhaul, new carpets, sprucing up ….

Didn't like that our TV indicated that we were without TV connection until we shut off TV and started over again. This happened quite a few times. We told the front desk and they said we could MOVE into another room! Not convenient for us and we might still have the problem with another TV.

It was dirty, all the advertisements were inaccurate when stating they had a pool. This is not true. There was food and candy still on the floor, the room had broken lamp shades and peeling wallpaper. Prices were steep for what was offered. I would not recommend this hotel.

Very clean and comfortable, close to Walmart and i-95 which was very convenient

Pool has been closed for over a month. According to the hotel we just left we had to go back and get a pillow we left. Told him we were staying here and that they didn't inform us that the pool was out. They said it has been out for months and they advertise as a hotel with a pool and hot tub. Also they only have satellite TV which is covered with snow. We had four channels because they didn't want to clean it. When my daughter got visibly upset about not having a pool the lady said well you could cancel your stay. You won't find another room anywheres else though Was very rude and same thing with the TV. Said it satellite TV and there's snow on the dish. It might start working. It might not. It is what it is. When I looked for this hotel I searched for a hotel with a swimming pool. I kind of think that's on Expedia also. I would hope that Expedia might check in on this and change when you search for a hotel with a pool and not include one that's been shut down for months and is not planning on being reopened because it's out of date and their heater is broke and they do not plan on fixing it

There was a stink bug in my room and dust in the room and the pool wasn’t working.

I am disappointed that after staying here a month ago and finding the fitness center closed that it is still closed a month later.

It was clean, quiet, nice staff!

The facility is in a convenient area and is quiet. However, this property is badly in need of an upgrade. The bathroom for our room was tiny, one of the two recessed ceiling lights didn't work, the ceiling exhaust fan didn't work either. The beds were substandard and not comfortable, one was lumpy while the other one sagged. The breakfast room was very small and not adequate for more than 20 people at a time. This property opened decades ago when breakfast didn't usually come with a room. The carpeting is old, the room decor is old, the room is poorly lit. The staff is doing their best with very little to work with. Luckily for this hotel, they have the most convenient and sought after location in the city. The property itself however is overpriced for the product they're offering.

Terrible unfriendly service. The rooms are ugly, dimly lit, and outdated. I also suspect they don't change the filters in the heaters because both my girlfriend and I were so congested, we had dry sore throats, and our eyes were watering. I will never stay here again. You can get a super nice room at the Marriott for $20 more. Well worth the extra money!

We had no hot water in the shower. We reported this to the front desk and nothing was done. Also, the room was not made up for any of the three days we were there. While we were waiting in the lobby for our ride on the last day, we had to listen to the front desk person and another staff member talking very loudly to each other about how bad it was to work there and just generally complaining. I thought that was very unprofessional, given that they could clearly see there were hotel guests in the room. It was just annoying to have to listen to their complaining at top volume for 15 or 20 minutes. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable.

No Hot Water, No Heat, Fire Alarm kept me up all night. Refused to give me a credit or refund

I had requested a handicapped room as I have Muscular Dystrophy so I need bars in the bathroom and space to bring my rolo walker into the bathroom…the reservation desk had no handicapped rooms available and had at least moved me to the ground floor. But to the furthest end. I could not get my walker into the bathroom, let alone deal with using the facility..my spouse had to help me to the toilet help me up and there was no way I could shower…I was totally disappointed with this. Then to get into the bed was a total nightmare. You need to keep the mattress lower for handicapped and elderly people.

Accommodating and friendly staff

I was happy with my 5 night stay. I feel it was a good value for the price. It was convenient for my reason to be in the area. The breakfast was good enough for low cost travel; there were several hot options and numerous other food choices. One unsatisfactory item: the front desk was unattended for at least 20 minutes one evening when assistance was needed. A sign was posted to acknowledge that no one was there, but there was no information on how to contact someone for assistance.
