My return stay since pre-Covid in 2019. Clean, renovated and located next to CWB MTR in the vibrant city. Luckily there was availability of angbao packet from Hotel as I needed to attend a birthday dinner. Room wise, is just a pity that my family room doesn’t have a window opposite the door, so as I opened the door I was greeted with a cold empty wall. There was a small window at the corner of the sofa seat. Not a deal breaker though, just a matter of preference.

The service at the hotel was excellent. We requested room service and housekeeping which was attended to promptly. Staff had great customer service and concierge always friendly.

The hotel experience was pretty good overall. The staff from concierge to cleaners to barmen were very attentive. We had a lower floor room that faces a car park, which the surrounding air conditioning units causes some low humming noise throughout our stay, which is a little annoying but not completely unbearable. The rooms are clean but with limited storage drawer or shelf space. We would come back again in the future and recommend to friends and family.

Three nights business trip stay. Location is excellent. It is close to an excellent choice of shops and restaurants. It is in a very busy area but opposite Victoria Park which is green and open.

the area is a combination of Victoria Park, green and space with the locals apartments and crowed streets at all hours of the day. one MRT stop the refurbished Wan Chai area.

Positives: Very conveniently located. A few minutes walk to supermarkets, other shops and a park. Room size is large, bed and other amenities are good.

Everything is quite good except for the business center which I called a couple of times and no answer. I have to call concierge to help. If the business center is not opened, they should have forwarded to another line.

This hotel is dead in the centre of the bustling Causeway Bay area. Extremely walkable with massive shopping opportunities and many restaurants nearby.
As this hotel was built 50 years ago, their rooms are quite spacious but there is no swimming pool. However, there is a roof-top bar/restaurant which offers a spectacular view of Hong Kong.

Its been years since we stayed at Park Lane but we are glad to have tried it again. Hotel is in a great location and rooms/facilities were top notch. What sets it apart though was the service we received from the staff. Thanks to Sandy, Bonnie, June, Neo, Michelle, Julia, Rachel, Juluis, Jack and Joey for making our stay great.

the check in was seamless, Quentin was very helpful and friendly in offering advice to our queries. The Parklane is also very accessible to various locations within Hong Kong island and more importantly walking distance to Causeway Bay MTR.
