Had a one night stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were friendly upon arrival. We had a party of 13. Check in was efficient. One room had a noisy air conditioner fan. They were immediately given another room. Breakfast was well stocked and all we needed. Overall a good stay.

I had to wait over 20 minutes until someone came to the desk to check me in. Remarkably understaffed. There should be more than 1 person there.

Nice lobby, large clean room with vinyl plank floors which was very clean. Charging stations in the nightstands were great. The outside traffic was noisy at night. Train was also close & quite noisy. Didn't like the tiny check in parking area. Not a fan of having to park in a garage across the street either.

Nice clean room, new furnishings, comfortable bed. Pool area was unique and nice. Breakfast area clean and well stocked.

This is our third time to stay at this property throughout the years. They have changed to Best Western since we last stayed there and have done a major remodel. The property is very very nice and the staff were very helpful! The breakfast was very nice as well. We look forward to staying again next summer.

My stay was very good. The room was clean and smelled clean. Comfortable beds I had to go to the convection center across the street, so wish the skywalk was open. It was raining

The hotel is an old building that has been remodeled and is in great condition other than the bathtubs. Our bathtub and caulking were moldy and heavily worn. Breakfast was great and staff in the dining area were helpful. Front desk staff were less than great and acted like you were a bother. The area was not safe and I was concerned about leaving my car in the garage. Plus a train went by blaring it's horn at 1:30 am both nights we were there. It sounded like it was right outside our room.

The eooms wete very nice and the hotel had excellent facilities, but there was a homeless man sleeping in the foyer of the parking garage the skybridge connected to and that area was cery filthy.

A little loud, but everything else was nice at this property.

It was wonderful! From the comfort to the service to the location and bar/restaurant on property! Would recommend this Hotel to anyone and will definitely be coming back! Perfect hotel for Waterloo Days!

Everything was clean and staff was really polite but we were confused where to park as there were no parking spaces or lot attached. When we asked the front desk where we park, she said in a parking ramp across the street. We were on a motorcycle and there was a sign stating no motorcycles in the ramp. When asking where we supposed to park, they said we could park on the sidewalk in front of the hotel. If we wouldve stayed in the ramp, we would've had to pay to park. 2 slow elevators gave us not much choice so we used the stairs. There was a dart tournament so all rooms were booked and it was fairly loud. Breakfast was good. Check out went smoothly.

First off. I loved everyting about the hotel best in Waterloo.my place to stay when i come home to visit family great breakfast. The personal in the kitchen were amazing. So friendly and helpful. As was the house keepers had a wonderful bar attached "Ari'z great parking. Thank you BW for a memorable time

We have stayed here before for our softball tournaments and we have always been happy with the service, cleanliness and amenities. The breakfast is always good and has a lot of variety.

Upon checking into the property we had issues with the parking lot ticket and had to take it multiple times to be validated so the gate would work. When we checked into our suite room we found that the kitchenette wasn’t stocked with the items it needed and the room hadn’t been cleaned very well, there was a soda bottle underneath the sofa couch from the previous persons stay. The bathroom shower had hair in it and the caulking around the tub was coming apart. Throughout the stay we had to continuously kill spiders to which my 9 yr old with autism is deathly scared of so we didn’t get much sleep from that alone. The breakfast was terrible because it had no flavoring and the sausage links were half cooked , how your able to half cook items that you microwave is beyond me but needless to say it can be done at this hotel I’ve seen it. There were homeless people hanging out in front of the hotel at our check in and homeless people hanging out in the skywalk area from parking ramp to hotel actually sleeping inside there ! The pool water was “supposed” to be heated but was ice cold so I didn’t get a chance to swim my daughter roughed it out because she really wanted to swim but my joints and arthritis wouldn’t allow me to do it which was a bummer. What really topped off this stay was when I went to wash my clothes in their laundry area the night before and ended up having to hand ring my clothes out because the machine broke midway not worth the 700 bucks I spent do not stay here!

The outside patio area was a no smoking area. I feel the patio area was large enough that an area could be provided for those who smoke, also outside the entrance is a place to discard cigaretts but that area needs a bench or couple of chairs for those that smoke can sit.

Limited spot around hotel even for temporary parking.

I like everything about this property. This is my second time staying here. Great customer service, very clean and quiet.

The stay was very average however, 2 days after we checked out they charged me $75. I have called the hotel 3 times and it goes to a central call center and they cannot tell me whst the chsrge is. Still trying to get an answer.

We had booked a 2 room suite and when we got to our room we had one room with NO chairs to sit on. When I went to the front desk they said there was nothing they could do as they had no other rooms. This was a 5:15 on a Sunday. They did eventually bring us a chair. What hotel has no chairs to sit on!!!!!very disappointing!!

Very pleasant stay! Quiet during our stay. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Only complaint is the coffee machine in our room did not work properly. The AC/heater was a bit loud but not horrible. Breakfast was great! We loved that they offered almond milk as an option. Would def stay again.

The lady at the front desk with the most disrespectful rude individual we’ve every had to encounter at a hotel- Saturday night girl it was embarrassing to our group who had spent 3,000 dollars to stay for 2 nights! We stay at this hotel every year and it will be the last thanks to her. We even ask to speak to management and she informed us it’s a weekend don’t you people know they don’t work weekends

We booked this hotel for the location, because we were eating at a restaurant on the same block and we wanted to be able to walk back to the hotel afterwards. The room was OK. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. We slept well because it was quiet. The big thing that bothered me is that they had obviously not cleaned the toilet before we checked in. So that really made me wonder what else they had not cleaned. It’s really hard to overlook that.

Location was important to me. I was attending an evening concert, and I wanted some place to stay near the venue. Parking garage across the street with a skywalk connecting to hotel. Key card required to enter the private areas of the hotel.
