The convenience in location to the hospital. Only 4 minutes away. Saved us so much time.

The only bathroom hooks for towels was a small 2 prong attached to the door. For 4 people, that was completely inadequate.

Room was comfortable
The place was filthy, I don't think the manager cared. Litter and trash was present for all four days.

Breakfast was great! The place was clean and I felt the people working there CARED alot about my stay. I've stayed at some places that were very questionable. Not county Suites in Waterloo!!! Loved the pool and hot tub to relax 😍 thank you!

The pool was open until midnight, breakfast had lots of options, staff were very helpful

spacious room, nice chairs, fold out sofa, pool area was fine
the air conditioner was old and barely functional and we were hot and stuffy all night
the breakfast was ok but first there were no coffee cups out and then there was no coffee!

The pillows were too soft for us. And no coffee in the lobby.

desk attendant wasn’t responding for at least 20 minutes, ended up paying for a room where the Whirlpool didn’t work, so ended up paying for a room at the isle so I didn’t ruin my girlfriends day. wasted money here and will never go back!

Wonderful that all the different rooms for the families traveling in were on the same floor. Convenient location.

The location was perfect for our needs. The manger was very helpful, and friendly. Joseph was the gentleman that checked us in . He was there during much of our stay. He went above and beyond . Always a greeting with our name, and a smile .
Everyday service is a thing of the past. Upon request they would take care of our room. It is the way things are now.
