Lovely hotel near Central Station so easy access to the city both walking and vis the metro. Lots of eating options close by.

My experience at this hotel was fine but not in the end. I loved having coffee in the lobby. My room was nice and clean and the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. However, the story does not end well. I checked out and had time to tour the city so I checked my bag for luggage hold. I returned from touring the town and picked up my luggage. My luggage never left my sight on the train home. When I got home an expensive blouse was missing and some very sensitive documents that I put in the same place and position in my suitcase had be been compromised. I don’t t know what other conclusion I could possibly come to.

Beautiful hotel! The room was clean and comfortable. The temperature was in the high 80s and yes they have AC! Looking forward to visiting Hamburg again and staying at this hotel again.

Lovely aesthetics, everything is well maintained and to a very high standard. Would love to have used the pool table but alas it was closed for summer.

Beautiful and elegant lobby. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional. Housekeeping kept the spacious room immaculate. Hotel has a very extensive and delicious breakfast. Location was great, very close to train station, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and within walking distance of old town. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Hamburg.

Excellent location next to the railway station. The station is not however a place where you want to be after dark. The rooms were quite big, especially the bathrooms. Hotel was really clean with a good breakfast. It could get quite crowded but there were plenty of tables.
Perhaps the only downside was that you weren’t allowed to sit in the lobby at the Emil bars table (without buying something), even though its tables occupied most of the lobby area.

It is a nice hotel next to the Central Train station in Hamburg, walking distance to main Hamburg attractions. Great for exploring the city. The breakfast was also good.

Beautiful facility located in the heart of the city and just 200m from the central train station. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was quiet and we were able to get a good night's rest in.

Very comfortable rooms and so convenient as it was just across the street from the train station with all the public transportation. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in Hamburg!

Very convenient for train travel. Walkable to the river, main sites, shopping. Found some great restaurants nearby. Hop on bus tour across the street.
Room was clean, functional and offered plenty of storage. Our room was along way from the elevator.

The staff is incredibly serviceminded. Room was ok, but hardly a 4-star experience. It was very basic, especially considering the hotel is considered to have a "luxury profile"
It's across the street from the central station, so it's very busy and loud on the weekends.
We also saw countless people sitting on the street outside smoking crack, so I would absolutely not recommend this hotel if you're travelling with children or solo-travelling as a woman.

Lovely, well appointed property across from Hamburg Central station and therefore an ideal launching pad across a fantastic city.
Rooms are of a high standard and we enjoyed our stay enormously.

Great location not far from the train station but at the nicer end. Perfect for exploring the many attractions in Hamburg. Great area behind the hotel for restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Overall this was a nice stay for one night. Great sized room for 3 people. Chose it for it’s proximity to the train. Hit a big snafu with the stand up shower as it just leaked all water out of the bottom and entirely flooded the bathroom before we noticed. Hotel staff didn’t seem overly concerned about it, but did bring us a couple new towels.
