The hotel was nice and clean and smells good. The employees were very nice. But it was the worst night of sleep the A/C was loud it’s right by freeway and I was woken up by work truck back up beepers and the bed was lumpy. Also I have never had to pay to park at a hotel before it was just included but there is a 7 dollar parking fee for the lot and it’s 10 for the parking structure and the 7 dollar lot fills up fast . After running up to the store we wondered if we would have a spot available when we got back.

The room was lovely and clean. The check in staff were lovely. The person on the phone so that I might extend my stay by 1 hour was not polite and hung up twice by saying: “this is only for new reservations!” Click! I kept pushing the button for “existing reservations” but it kept forwarding me to new reservations. Other than that, a very enjoyable stay and beautiful hotel.

Here is my review to management, waiting to hear back…. I am writing to express my extreme frustration and dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott. Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to bring several critical issues to your attention. Firstly, the air conditioning in my room was non-functional, causing the temperature to rise to 78 degrees. This made the room unbearably uncomfortable. Additionally, I encountered another serious issue when I discovered blood stains on the towels provided in my room (please see attached photos for reference). To make matters worse, the toilet in my room was broken, and I had to attempt a repair myself because maintenance was unable to resolve the issue. The lack of care and service I experienced during my stay was appalling. I am highly frustrated and deeply disgusted by the overall situation. This is not what I expect from a Marriott property, and it reflects poorly on your standards of hospitality. Especially being apart of Marriott rewards and an AMEX member, you’d expect a whole lot better than we were given. I would appreciate a phone call to discuss this matter further. Given the severity of the issues and the lack of resolution provided, I am requesting that my stay be comped. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare, and it is crucial that appropriate measures be taken to address this situation. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

Great experience, was surprised a hotel of this quality and cleanliness was able to be found in the Everett area. Only complaint would be a charge per vehicle for parking per night - but the perimeter supposedly has security which would be worth it under location circumstances. Would return, overall enjoyable stay. Decent gym and friendly staff.

The Delta Everett Hotel in Washington State is very clean with modern asthetics. The best part is the absolute friendliness and attentive service from every member of the wait staff including bar staff. If you are looking for comfort, cleanliness, high end atmosphere and attentive friendly staff , we highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms were large enough and clean. A couple of problems. We had 2 rooms. One was not ready when we arrived about an hour after check in time. Both rooms were the same price on the same floor but were NOT the same. One room did not have a microwave or a sink outside of bathroom, the other did. I mentioned the lack of microwave not being there to the desk staff and was told I should have requested that when booking. I suggest making sure when you check in that the room you are getting has the typical amenities that you would expect.

This was a very nice hotel and I would definitely stay here again and look for other Delta hotels in other locations when looking for a place to stay.

The hotel should have advised us that there would be hundreds of kids there. Food was terrible, room service brought the wrong items. The staff didn’t answer phones. And charging $7.00 a night to park in what is basically the street is insane. You couldn’t relax at any time due to the constant noise. Absolutely the worst experience ever

Very nice and clean hotel.

Staff were friendly. Coffee machine in lobby was broken and unavailable. Pool was out for servicing every day for a good part of the morning. The gym is good.
