The indoor pool is great, except the room is like a rain forest. It is so hot in there; it makes it hard to breath.

It had room for a family of 5 but it was a bit run down.

This hotel is a rip off for what i paid , the doors don’t lock , the room had a smell , internet didn’t work , this place was just a mess &’ the pool was FILTHY. They just threw a bunch of chlorine in it . N i had a few creepy crawlers in my room is was just terrible never again

Front desk staff were super amazing! As renovations are being done there was a bit of clutter but nothing crazy. The breakfast was however rather disappointing - cold potatoes, warm orange juice. The eggs were inedibly over cooked.

The staff is always courteous and professional. Breakfast is amazing too!!! Rooms are quiet!

We stayed 4 nights and by the second night I noticed ants on my daughter’s bed, also on the desk, I couldn’t sleep that night because of the ants. Very disappointed.

Had a group of 17 stay here for a church convention being held downtown. Was not a bad drive in over the 5 days we were there. Suites are very large. Pool is a little small but good for the group that was there. Breakfast was ok. I don't think they have a fryer so everything is baked, but there was a nice variety. The front desk staff were all excellent and friendly. I recommend this location to all.

Staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom had only one bulb working and the wall fan looked dirty and was very noisy. There are only ice machines on the odd floors. When I got off the elevator I expected a sign pointing me in the machine’s direction. But there was not and when I found it there was no ice. I was told it has a timer that sometimes just cuts it off. The pleasant clerk at the front desk said she would go and fix it. But the bed was comfortable and breakfast is pretty good.

The hotel staff was excellent! Top notch customer service. Breakfast was hot and plentiful every morning. The property could use a bit of a facelift, I did notice a few things in my room (like outlet covers not being fully attached and outlets that didn’t work), but I wasn’t overly put off by such minor things. Bed was comfortable, but I could have used an extra blanket and a couple more pillows. Things I could have asked the front desk staff for, but didn’t really feel a need to bother them for something so trivial and that was a personal preference. The only real concern I had was a child setting off large fireworks in the parking lot at midnight and they were aimed at the building itself, basically exploding outside my 5th floor window. I would absolutely book this hotel again for future stays.

Two out three desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The sink was missing the plug/plunger…evidently why the sink drained so slowly, filling up as one washed up. The room was clean. The closet door banged into the entry door’s pneumatic closer if you opened the door more than half way. The air conditioner seemed to work although the bath towel was damp after hanging for 24 hrs. Ended up using a fresh towel each morning.

Not a good facility for the price

Our carpet was "sticky", the faucet for the sink was broken and the hot and cold were reversed. On our last night, the sink pipes backed up while we were sleeping and water was pouring out all over the place. All of this was mentioned at checkout. The water pressure in the shower was non existant and one of the maids planned on steeling my sisters ipad until the lady at the front desk found it buried under towels on her cleaning cart

Not my best experience but deffinately not my worse. Some things the staff couldn't help. The manager went out of her way to make our next stay at any Best Western hotel a better experience.

Checkin took way too long. I complained several days later to he general manager and she told me the guy who checked me in "no longer is here." That was appropriate news. Blow dryer in room did not work and the coffee pot still had water in it--lack of attention by housekeeping. Housekeeping stopped by one morning and I told them we would be gone in 30 minutes and got a reply that someone would be back.Never happened. Breakfast is so-so, but what can one expect for "free."

Convenient location. Check in staff was friendly. Rooms need to be updated, the sofa pull out bed was in very poor condition and floor molding trim was pulled off the wall in one area and sticking out.

My stay was terrible, the bed was terrible, had a 4 inch drop in middle of bed, had ants, towel rack fell off wall when I took towel off. There was a terrible smell throughout the building, they must have known cause they had door open to stair well, it is pet friendly and it smells that way.. like wet dirty dog. Pool wasn't in good condition, water was cloudy, didn't feel comfortable using it. Gym was ok, had cables so I could do enough. Breakfast was ok. For the price it's not worth it. Go for a cheaper option.

Stayed a single night for a local bowling tournament that occurs every year. Picked this hotel over others due to their distance from the ally and having breakfast. Sunday breakfast was labeled as 7a-10a, made our way down before 9 only to find most things already gone due to a baseball team also staying. Managed to get some sort of omelette thing and yogurt and in the 30 mins we took to eat, nothing was refilled. The room was ok but really bummed over not getting the full options of the breakfast.

The room was clean, however The light / vent in the bathroom was extremely loud, sounds like the event is about to go out. Then the air vent under the sink was not attached to the wall and we had spiders crawling around on the sink. Finally we had a king size bed with four very small pillows. Little square pillows for a king size bed made sleeping uncomfortable. Would recommend bringing your own pillows and maybe a nice blanket.

We booked a room for the indoor pool for our kids to enjoy. After booking and arriving we found pool was closed due to chemical machine broke.. they said we would get some money refunded.. checked out the 10th, of December. Today is the 27th. Havent seen refund.. we did book through expidea.
