Good stay. Staff were very nice

The first room we were given on the first floor (pet friendly) was terrible, to the point we couldn't even relax. We asked to be moved and the gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating. We were shown a room on the 2nd floor and it was night and day compared to the first room! While the size and decor were the same it was so much cleaner and maintained. It seems as though the hotel doesn't care about maintaing the rooms for people staying with pets even though they are charging an adfitional pet fee.

Breakfast is basic. If we would have had time we would have eaten out. There were a lot of flies in the breakfast area. Rooms were clean but the bathroom needs to be upgraded. The coating on the tub was peeling off.

Wonderful location, super helpful gentleman at check in, great sleeping, clean room, and nice spread of breakfast items.

The Bed Looked LIke thety had been slept in,Large stains in carper, Bugs We did not stay. Still tyting to get a hold a hold of Travelocity for refund. Good luck with that. Cant talk to a human

The greeters at the office were polite and pleasant, however the room had a hole in the wall, the safety lock broken as if someone forced their way into the room and the tub was yellow. I was told the manager would reach out but have not heard from them.

The hotel was perfectly clean and nice. Only thing that ruined this stay for me was being woken up out of a dead sleep by the front desk to inform me that someone reported some noise in my area. ??? So, instead of just going to investigate WHERE this said “noise” was coming from, their solution was to just call everyone in the “area” and wake them up - RIDICULOUS!

The staff were wonderful!

The hotel was very noisy. You could hear others TVs from the rooms. The clientele was banging doors and very loud. You could hear noise from upstairs as well as in the hallway and between the rooms through the walls. The TV service went out around 11. We’re still not sure if that was intentional or not.

A bit dated, but ok

The bathrooms were outdated and the paint on tub was peeling off all over and moldy. Pillows on one bed had stains or something.

The staff was wonderful but the property is a little ran down. Also I got down to the breakfast at 8 so it still had another hour before it closed. I asked if they were going to make more biscuits and gravy and the lady said no. very disappointed about the breakfast.

This is our choice to stay when we travel to Colorado. They allow dogs and it's clean.

Old facility, not well maintained. Room was in disrepair. Carpet, furniture, walls, and bathroom all need cleanup and maintenance. The door between the adjacent room wasn't insulated or sealed, so we heard everything our "neighbor" said and did, even casual conversation and flatulence. Wouldn't stay here again.

Property was good except there wasnt much grass around to walk the dog on. The other customers weren't very good, someone left a can full of dead fish right outside the door and some shrimp tails in a pile a little bit away from there.

Was terrible! Our shower did not work! The switch to go from tub to shower did not work. Had 3 adults, I feel asleep and the guys couldn't get it to work. Whats bad is my husband is a plumber! I get up in AM to take a shower to find this out, think bath but tub is cracked also. Tell the front desk who assures me I will get a call from Manager, nope, I have to call back because managee is mostly at the Sleep Inn. Finally calls me to admitt that they have been having issues with tubs and not sure why they rented us that room. Says they are having issues with water pressure. Than says my handy man figured it out and got it to work. Did nothing to comp us or anything. There is 3 adults hearing this in the truck on speaker. Spent 120 for a hard bed and no shower.

In town for graduation so the price was good. The hotel was fine. Our room was perfect size for our family. There was a designated area out front for the dogs. The breakfast was typical but i appreciate the availability of hot items. The pool area needs some TLC.

The room was very clean and nice. It was a comfortable room with lots of seating. Both of our rooms one with two doubles and one king we’re both nice to stay in.

Convenient to local restaurants

The staff was so friendly the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but wasn’t quite as good as I thought it would be but it was all right. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Hays.

This is the worst comfort Inn we have stayed in. They are our go to normally. The ice machine didn’t work. Hall bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush, shower rod was hanging down and loose from the wall. Towel rod fell off the wall, room walls are very thin. Could hear the neighbors very well. Hot tub was non existent. Long hair in corner of bathroom.Plus side breakfast was good , pool was decent . Not sure comfort inn will be our choice tonight.
