Nice hotel in the center of Brussel with close-by parking. Breakfast is however not good and there is not sufficient space for the guests

Could not sleep well because beds only had comforters not cover sheets. Could only turn down thermostat to 18C and it was too warm sleeping. Woke up at 3am to someone running down the hallway and ringing someone’s doorbell

We were traveling through Europe and this was our first stop. The hotel is within walking distance to the major train stations and for a little longer walk, to the downtown Grand Palace area of Belgium.
The rooms were tidy, well kept and offered plenty of room - depending on your needs. The breakfast was delicious and is well worth the price in addition to the room cost. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends, family and of course anyone else reading this review.
For full disclosure, I am a Hilton Honors member but that did not bias me one way or the other in this review. If I was not happy with the accommodation or anything else, you would know. Cheers.

Wonderful hotel only stayed the one night . Didn’t venture out so no clue about surroundings . Microsoft issue had caused problem with room keys which was annoying . But otherwise great hotel . Would stay again

For the high premium price of 500 euro I paid, I was expecting a premium experience, but all I got was a basic experience that I would also have gotten at a hotel for less than 100 euro. The TV was a disappointment, it wasn't even smart. The sauna was nice but quite small. I had a much better experience at a neighboring hotel. The construction works were also reducing the comfort level.
I had high expectations, but was left disappointed. I wouldn't book a Hilton again nor would recommend it.

The place is updated and inviting. I like the self-serve water (still & sparkling) stations, plenty of charging outlets in the room, functional sauna, and abundant breakfast. Within walking distance to most tourist attractions.

The Double Tree Brussels city is a good hotel, as expected from Double Tree. The dining options are a bit limited, but there are good options within walking distance, so overall, not a problem as such. It's will located just next to the Metro, and has train stations within walking distance, so getting connections is not a problem.

Beautiful room, well-sized for a couple and very comfortable. Staff were unfailingly polite and friendly, going out of their way to provide items we forgot to bring.
The breakfast menu is wide enough for most palates and sets you up perfectly for the day; will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Brussels.

In the restaurant, they had a dysfunctional credit-card terminal. As a result, I ended up paying my hefty bill four times (the last one was in cash, but the hotel charged me additional three times on my payment cards anyway).
Well, perhaps it was just the fault of technology. They said they would give the money back, they took even my phone number and email address, saying they would contact me the very next day - but so far the only response was "deafening silence." :-)
Hmmm, let me wait and see.

Overall it was an okay experience but cleanness is a problem, we found several hair on the bed when we checked in and asked if the sheets can be changed, the hotel gave us new sheets and asked us to change ourselves… the shower is also badly designed where the water would splash out all over the bathroom.

The hotel would not honor our Hilton Gold status. Breakfast was 30 USD per person which is outrageous for the limited spread they provided. Baby cot requested in advance was not provided in a timely manner. I would not visit again.

The hotel is very conveniently located. But there were two set of stairs to get to our room as it was located in the older part of the building. It was difficult to get there with our luggage. The breakfast was great!
