Nice property, clean room. Very good breakfast. I've never been disappointed with Best Western hotels.

It was way too noisy. The staff was fine, but loud all night from upstairs, noise in hallways was overly loud as well. I’ve stayed here multiple times, but am planning to try somewhere else after this overall experience.

Close to Lewis & Clark. Very clean

The motel is located conveniently to several attractions. We could travel to Moda Center, OMSI, and Portland Zoo in about 15 minutes. That said, it is also located just off the freeway, so there is traffic noise that may bother some patrons. The swimming pool and hot tub were nice, staff were nice, and the room was clean.

Pics included keurig in room but no - lousy cheap coffee machine not even set up to be used. Zero housekeeping for a three night stay. Unacceptable and will not stay there again.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The lady who checked me in went above and beyond for being helpful with navigating aspects of Portland and gave some great good advice. I will be back, was a great hotel.

The hotel is right next to a noisy highway, which would have been fine if everything else was good. The hotel was short staffed & the people working were nice. However, the toilet overflowed the first day we were there and it took them an hour to come to our room. Instead of fixing it, they handed us a plunger and cleaning spray. We had to deal with it ourselves. We stayed 3 nights because of the central location and did not receive cleaning service the entire time. The breakfasts were very picked over by the time we got there (with at least a half hour until it was done). So overall, we would not stay at this location again.

The place was amazing, comfortable and that staff was super friendly, the only issue we had was the room above us was exceptionally loud and even when the staff addressed this issue with them they didn't quite down. But they at least tried so I respect them for that....

They were great

The hotel has comfortable beds. It was convenient to the highway to Portland. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good and always plenty of food. The only downfall that the rooms have no carpet so people upstairs had kids running back and forth at night and in the morning. I would still recommend the hotel.

The hotel is right next to a highway and a gas station. Realizing that upon arrival, I requested for a quiet room and was given that. Around 4 am., I heard loud door slamming noises, called the front desk to report and discovered that I was right next to the hotel’s kitchen and the staff was preparing breakfast. In any case, the noise stopped but I couldn’t go back to sleep. Same thing happened on the second night. On the third day, I requested for a room change and was given the next room to the one I was in. It was better but will definitely not be coming back here. I must say that they have good staff and each and everyone that I came into contact with was very good.

WHEN WE WENT TO CHECK IN, THE HOTEL DIDN'T HAVE OUR RESERVATION. WE BOOKED THROUGH HOTELS.COM AND WERE GIVEN AN ITINERARY, BUT NOT A CONFIRMATION NUMBER, WHICH APPARENTLY WE NEEDED FOR A ROOM. IT MADE THE CHECK IN STRESSFUL. IT WASN'T THE ASSISTANT AT THE FRONT DESK'S FAULT AT ALL. IT WASN'T HER FAULT. SHE TRIED ALL SHE COULD TO ASSIST. THE PROBLEM WAS WITH HOTELS.COM. OTHER THAN THAT, WE WERE ABLE TO SECURE A ROOM FOR THE NIGHT. THANK YOU.

Stayed here for a couple of nights on a family road trip with our teenagers. Hotel and room were clean, staff friendly and accomodating. The pool area was in need of a good cleaning and the pool/hot tub themselves were green and dirty which was off-putting so we did not swim. Otherwise though a comfortable stay.

Our room was 407 and right next to elevator. It was extremely loud and noisy all day and we were there 2 days!!

Upon arrival there was a few guest ahead of me. Only one person working the front desk and took a bit of longer to check in. Guest ahead of me was complaining about AC in room not working in their room. Lady at front desk said no other family rooms available and offered a few fans, he said okay. But she asked him to wait until she checked the rest of the people in that were in line because she was the only person at the front desk. People kept coming in behind me and I felt bad for the guy! As I went up stairs and came back down to get bags I seen he was still waiting! (Talking at least 45 min). Definitely understaffed.. lady at desk seemed to be friendly enough but overwhelmed! Rooms were average. No complaints. Lady cleaning the rooms seemed very nice each day when I tracked her down for clean towels. Breakfast lady seemed pretty nice too.. always had a smile on her face. Only real complaint I have is the pool and hot tub both were green! Green enough that I asked someone at the front desk if it was safe to be in it. She said they test it every day and it was fine. I asked why it was green then and if it’s always that color? Lady told me sometimes it is green and it might need a shock treatment and would leave a note for my manager expressing my concern. One of the main reasons we stayed at this hotel was for the pool (have kids). I only seen two lady’s in the hot tub the entire 3 night stay we were there. Soccer teams of kids there and no one in pool! It looked GROSS!

Customer service from start to finish was great...from reservation, to check in, to the quality of the room. Thank you so much for making this a very pleasant stop on our way to Washington. We'll definitely return!

We chose this location based on the proximity to Lake Oswego and another shopping area for our kids. The hotel was close to the things we enjoy and the room was clean, spacious, and priced well.

I booked hotel via expedia.ca and would like to leave my review as follows I traveled to Portland from July 20 to 23, staying for three nights at the Best Western in Lake Oswego, USA. The trip was relatively good, but my experience at the hotel was the worst of my life. When my wife and I returned to the hotel after our trip on the 21st, we could not believe our eyes. The housekeeping in our room had not been done at all. The bed was unmade, trash was not collected, used towels were not removed, and new towels were not provided—everything was exactly as it was when we left in the morning. I went to the reception desk to complain to the receptionist about our room. The receptionist politely apologized and said she would leave a note for the daytime staff to ensure this would not happen again. The next day, the 22nd, when we returned from our trip, everything was the same as the day before. The room was exactly as we had left it in the morning, with no housekeeping services performed. I complained to the reception desk again and demanded compensation. The receptionist kept saying "oh no" and apologized repeatedly, but did not mention anything about compensation. On the last day, when I checked out of the hotel, I left a complaint and a request for compensation on the Best Western website. However, I did not receive any apology or response regarding compensation from the company. I want to inform everyone reading this. If you are planning to stay at Best Western, think twice.

The lady at the desk when I checked it was very nice. She was also very helpful when I asked for some extra towels. She was having a tough time with another customer but she was very patient. To me good staff is like that is more important than the actual room etc. Thank you.

Great pool, nice, affordable

This was an Ok stay. The breakfast area was often crowded and under stocked due to low staff.

We stayed one night here. The room was spacious, however the bathtub was filthy with a bandaid stuck to the shower curtain! The walls were super thin and all night long we could hear doors slamming, kids yelling, and people above us. Pool was good size but didnt appear to be heated. Hot tub was nice and clean.Breakfast was the best part. Many choices

The rooms were very clean and updated furniture. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this and will book future stays here.

Right by the hwy, easy to get around. Only thing negative was some shortages of coffee cups a day or two during breakfast hours.
