Great room, clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed happy to be there. Was able to walk to several restaurants. Will definitely stay here again.

I paid for my room ahead of time and when I went to check in, they told me they were overbooked and I had to go to another hotel.

I have stayed at this property many times, but this time it was not maintained well. Very disappointing.

This was one of the worst stays I have had in awhile. My bathroom had not been cleaned or touched since the previous stay - I know this, because there was a bar of soap and all the small sample shampoos still tossed about in the shower, along with hair. There was pee on the floor at the base of the toilet. I wore my shoes in the bathroom and shower as though I was in a college dorm throughout my stay. I let the front desk know that my bathroom had not been cleaned, and all they did as a response was leave fresh towels. I also had a construction dumpster directly in front of my window, with men throwing construction debris in there all day long. Very noisy. Fortunately I was only there for one night, but I will never stay here again and I will let my colleagues who have to travel there for work not to stay here. The only highlight of the stay was the hotel bartender who was a nice and helpful man.

They don't offer complimentary coffee in the lobby like most all of their competitors and they don't provide decent products in the hotel room to make your own coffee -- powdered coffee creamer (aka coffee "whitener") doesn't cut it --

The front desk people most times do not have answers to my questions. They were doing construction work during our stay there and didn’t notify us ahead of time. And they were less than helpful with issues that came up during our three week stay.

Our room was a bit noisy.

Great location, a lot of restaurants within walking distance. Room was warm and clean. Had a balcony. Hotel has a restaurant. Felt relaxed

The property is out dates. Hallway rugs are stained throughout . The lack of lighting for the grass area to walk your dog was terrible. I had called ahead to let them know I was traveling with 2 dogs - Check in staff was not very accommodating he gave us a room on the 4th floor’s furthest from the elevator…not a good place to be with two dogs….very disappointed. But I have to say other staff were pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable. Room was clean and ok.

This hotel is great. The swimming pool is awesome and the staff are really nice and courteous. The breakfast is tasty but don't get dinner there!

It’s a very nice place. The only place we had was the next door had the tv too loud up to 2:30 am. I finally had to call in the office to get some body to quiet them down.

My room didn’t get serviced by housekeeping. Every night i returned I had to request fresh towels and some toiletries.

Our room wasn’t ready by check in and all they compensated was a parking permit. Plus the pool area had no clean towels, we had to go up to the check in counter and ask for some. Overall, it was an ok stay.

This was everything we needed for the night-a comfortable bed, a quiet room, and a good breakfast.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. We really liked the location, and the staff were very nice. However, we had a horrible experience with the bed—the mattress was very old and too soft, making it difficult to sleep well. I would recommend this place if they replace all the mattresses.

For the first time in many years of staying here, the hotel seemed to reflect its age. Our room had obvious signs of repaired water damage and the TV didn’t work. (Maintenance tried to fix it twice and then seemed to give up.) Staff was friendly and helpful as always. Our room was above the pool and there was a lot of noise, but it’s sweet to hear kids playing together. And things quieted down well ahead of the 10 p.m. pool closure. We’ll be back again.

VERY NICE LADY, KAT AT FRONT DESK GAVE ME THE EXACT ROOM I WANTED. VERY NICE WELCOME TO THE HOTEL, WITH GOOD POINTERS ON THINGS TO DO IN THE AREA. AND WENDY AND SCOTT IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM WERE JUST EXCELLENT! SUCH WARM ENERGY, EVERY MORNING! MADE MY TEA TASTE BETTER!!

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. Short 1 night stay but everything was great. Suites do no have internal A/C but the portable units provided in each room did great.

Overall stay was excellent. My room was on the sixth floor. This hotel may need some remodeling. Also the person at the desk Saturday morning couldn’t help me get access to the Member Lounge. Although I had my Member Card in hand, she said she couldn’t access my IHG account in the computer because I reserved using Expedia. Nor did she offer to tell me which room it was on the sixth floor. I found that to be odd. Finally I simply just let it go.

This is Still my Favorite Hotel of Allll Time. The Staff were Kind and Very Helpful. The only concern I have is the Business Computer/Printer Station Area is not really available for Guests to use. In order for me to get paperwork printed out, I had to send it to the Front Desk to print the forms for me. As if they're not swamp as it is.

Immediate hot water, comfy beds, nice staff. Hot tub clean and nice. Could have used a complimentary or reasonably priced shuttle from hotel to PDX as well was the ability to hop a shuttle to Portland. Evening crowd can be rowdy; but keeping the a/c fan running solves that issue.

This was a lovely property, and I enjoyed my stay there. However, the staff was not that helpful. When I asked about potential corporate rate since I will be staying in the area weekly manager referred me to someone who never contacted me. The next morning, I spoke with someone else That was not the person to talk to, and he took down my information. However, I never heard from anyone.
