Check in was good, got to the room everything was stained, comforter was stained all over looked terrible took it off rite away, towels were stained, wash clothes were stained, sink had hair from the last person that shaved, I think the washroom floor was swept but everything was push to the wall, light shades in the room had ten years of dust on them, could not call front dest phone was not working

The room was cozy and had lots of space. The bed was very large, perfect for staying in it all night and day. Overall it was a good experience just a rowdy neighbor or two later in the night but that was always shut down quickly. Would definitely get a room here for a few nights again next time i need a place to stay.

Poor cleanliness, saw bugs, mediocre tv options, noisy folks in other rooms, at least half dozen noisy dogs in various rooms, paid 50$ a night so you get what you pay for I guess.
Understaffed, but those who were there were polite and helpful doing their best with not enough tools (Thank you, Todd!)
Unless you’re really desperate, avoid.

Did giving my deposit back plus the windows don't open it smells like module and unsafe health code violation no court to the TV microwave didn't work your refrigerator didn't work smelled like old rotten food

One of those hotels people live in as residences. One of those residences were in my room when I checked in. I literally was trying to open this door and a lady came out. When he checked me in a different room the microwave and told refrigerate was nasty. The tub and shower and stains from uncleanliness in it. The whole truth is I'm surprised hotels.com actually let this place on their site!

You're getting what you pay for. Period. Stains on towels, tears in the comforters, mold in the shower, lucky if your TV works and if it does then limited channels, very noisy, drinking, drugs, prostitution, and police are called almost on a daily basis BUT what more would you expect?? It's within walking distance to restaurants, bowling alley, and Dollar Tree. The staff tries their best to accommodate to your needs. It's cheap (must leave a $40 deposit but sometimes they will let that slide) and stay in your room if you feel unsafe. They allow pets with no pet deposit which is convenient. I'll stay there again.

The bathtub was so disgusting we couldn’t even shower.

Bedding and towels were dirty. Night reception was awesome. She did what she could and apologized profusely. The reception in the morning when I went to check out was a major A-HOLE! He basically called me a liar, saying that the bedding, in particular, was in fact clean! I was given clean bedding, not a problem with me to change it. However, the mattress cover was beyond disgusting! I nearly lost my dinner! (I do have pictures of the mattress cover.)

We took 2 rooms both were smelling. though it says non smoking it smells bad. One room fridge was dirty to the core and the tub was not clean. Couldnt sleep because of smell. Not for family for sure

The hallmark and room reeked of cigarette smoke. There was a lady smoking in the hallway. Saw a drug deal go down in the parking lot. Service was minimal. Room condition was fair. Would never stay there again. Only stayed this time because it was so late.

This property far exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. The only thing I am baffled about is, what happened to my pjs after the first night. I left them on the bed and never found them.

I am there for a week to visit family. The place is just to shower and sleep. There's no pride in keeping clean and running properly. Noted cigarette burns on bed sheets. Smell as well as for over 5 years has a old ice machine has not been working and still is right next to a newer ice maker. The key pass has to be reset every 2 days to get back in your room. They don't take pride at there job

Don’t like that they allow big dogs. Seems like every time I come out my room it’s this guy with the German shepherd coming on at the same time or even as I’m coming out the hotel it’s someone with a big dog

Todd at the front desk is always so nice and professional. The room was great. Location is a little sketchy, but that's to be expected. The price matches the accommodations. No complaints on this stay.

The employee in mornings (tall & dark hair) is not very friendly. The other morning employee is quite pleasant (light hair, shorter guy). Todd, in the afternoon, is always great to work with.
The room is sufficient. Our most recent room's TV had limited channels compared to the other rooms we've stayed in. Not sure why.

It was absolutely awful and ghetto not only does the staff argue with you because of their dirty linen but somebody got robbed while I was staying there smh I cannot believe I was even here the tv remotes doesn’t work or the Wi-Fi

THE BATHROOM SHOWER HEAD AND WATER SPOUT WERE ABOUT TO FALL OUT OF THE WALL.

The stay was ok. I like that they allow pets without a charge. The bed was kind of hard. The a/c didn't work really well. The TV worked fine. Everything was fine, especially for the price. Will stay again.
