Everything was good with the stay EXECPT the dozens of kids running the halls, screaming and parents not doing anything about it. I would have stayed somewhere else if I was told about the hotel being overtaken by kids.

Upon arrival my bed sheets were nasty. I asked the front desk to have my bed sheets changed and the housekeeping just dumped the new linen on the dirty bed. The iron did not work and it took house keeping 12 hours just to bring me a new iron. Needless to say I had a terrible experience.

Room was clean but thermostat was set at 62 degrees. Took awhile for room to warm up. Breakfast was very good and worth extra ten dollars per person charge. Recommend purchasing breakfast with hotel.com. Otherwise cost was fourteen dollars per person on site.

Location was convenient to the highway. Hotel staff was helpful with check-in and bringing us 2 more pillows. The next morning when we need hairdryer, we were told nobody from housekeeping would be available until 7 AM when we were leaving...so we could not get something that we told should be in our room. Overall, the hotel was VERY aged and definitely in need of a refurbishment from top to bottom...would recommend a different hotel

Ladies at check in were lovely—conversational, offering water & warm cookies. Room visually was appealing but upon closer look, the desk was dusty & smudgy, bathroom floor did not appear clean. Bed & pillows comfortable. Stayed here January 2023 & was 5 star so I was sadly disappointed

There were a couple of issues with the room that could be easily improved:
First - where in the world did that horrific in-room coffeemaker come from? How about a marketing deal with Keurig - put their machines in the rooms and come out with a Hilton Brand pod. Everyone wins.
Second - there was no fan in the bathroom, so our room was overly humid and the bathroom damp and ...aromatic. Considering the blank switchplate on the wall, it appears that this was a conscious choice?? Odd.
The comfort of the bed however was fantastic!! Soft on top with enough firmness to sleep well. The pillows were great quality. The rest of the room was adequate, although it was a very small room to cram a king-sized bed into.

For the price I was expecting something 5 star when the place was so outdated it was more like a 1 star. There were stains on the wall from old pictures and the place just needs a huge update. We stayed there because our high school was staying there for basketball tournament but there were nicer motels in the area for half the price of what we paid

The one good thing I can say is the desk help were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is dated and in need of an overhaul. Sanitizer trays outside of elevators need a good scrubbing, caked on dirt. Restaurant was very slow for hamburgers and fries, food was good surprisingly considering the lack of customers in restaurant. Carpet needs to be pulled up and redone. I would not recommend anyone staying there. It is in a good location to get to things, so you should consdiering updating. Oh and ladybugs in the bathroom. Weird.

They over booked this hotel and did not have my room even though I booked a month in advance so we had to be put in 2 separate rooms. My room smelled musky and damp and there was damage to the door (dog scratches), moldy(?) grout around the tub, NO VENT in the bathroom (which I assume added to the musky smell). I would not stay here again.
