I travel to El Centro quite a bit and I have stayed at other hotels but this Best Western is my favorite. It’s very clean, comfortable and plush, safe. a great place if your alone or bring you decide to make it a family outing. They have hygiene products in the room and it’s more on the fancy side compared to other places I have stayed at. When you get a little hungry there is a variety of choices available within walking distance and when it’s time for your morning coffee there is a Starbucks close by, not to mention Best Western has a great range of breakfast foods available for any kind of palate. This is my home away from home.

Wild this was so expensive. This place was awful and smelt like mold and was dirty. Stay at the slightly more expensive places.

The rooms really smelled like chemicals. I appreciate that you are cleaning but the smell was overwhelming.

Staff was friendly. Cleaning was ok. But the room was very stuffy. It had a weird smell, almost like cigarette but not quite. It was just not a pleasant smell at all.

The only thing that was disappointing was the hot tub was gone.
They updated their website but expdia site said there was. That is the only reason I booked the hotel.

They are very honest ! We left a wallet with lots of money in it and they found it and left it at the front desk for us.

This hotel was quiet, clean and well maintained. The included breakfast was ample and very good. The food selections were very good. The hotel is located next to three retail food choices and is next to the freeway access ramps. It was a very pleasant experience and i would use this hotel again.

we paid for a two day stay . After the first night , we came back for a second night and there was not any room service done. We needed two get our own fresh towels ,tissues , empty waste can. The quality control for the cleaning crew was absent.
