Employees were very attentive.

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm but we weren't allowed to check in until 4:24pm. Pool was shut down. Was also charged $15 for parking which is a little ridiculous since it's not even secured and gated parking. Would not recommended unless absolutely necessary.

The staff was absolutely amazing! All employees went out of their way to make you feel welcome & accomodated reasonable requests. They were all very warm & made you feel at home.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. My problem is not just this hotel but many of them doing this new thing with the heating and air. This hotel was the worst one. I have always given them the best scores until now. The thermostat is set to 68 bung the coolest. I know they need to save money and some people may let the AC run very low but some people like it cooler at night to sleep At least do a 62-76 range and not just a 68-73 range for heat and air. I would rather pay $10 per night and be comfortable with the temperature in the room. Again, all hotels are doing this but this was too restrictive.

Elevators didnt work 90% of the time. Bathroom door didn’t shut. In hallways ceilings panels missing and wires were hanging out. Parking lot very small. Right on the edge of a not so nice neighborhood. Would not recommend.

When I checked in the property was very clean and the staff were efficient/helpful. During the second night of stay my room and common area flooded. I had to check out and move to another hotel. This impacted my travel budget significantly.

Much smaller than I thought, both the room and the building. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. $15 parking fee. $20 incidental deposit that I'm not certain I'll get back.

The area is safe and quiet. Good breakfast with eggs, sausage, bisquits and gravy, waffles. Popcorn machine also. Night desk Britney? Was especially helpful and kind. Gym and indoor pool available as well. I would definitely stay again!

Nice quiet tucked in the cut off main hwy then it’s convenient to main hwy plus you’re downtown already I would definitely make this my ATL Hotel

We enjoyed our 3 night stay, and this location provided numerous dining options within walking distance.

This was a nice place to stay and breakfast had good options daily. Would stay here again.

This place was clean, employees were kind but the place is tired and needs an update. The furniture in the dining area is pretty wasted. Further, rooms are now cleaned and towels replaced every other day UNLESS you go ask for replacements even though the hanging info on the towel rack said to “leave the towels on the floor” if you want replacements. I went to the front desk and asked for replacements and asked why I had to do this and they said they were “trying to save the earth”. The quote behind me at the front desk from J.Willard Marriott said “It’s the little things that make the big things possible”. These are little things that will not make the big things possible. I expected more from a Buckhead Atlanta hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here. I came down from MS to enjoy a night out with my friend for her birthday. It was super close to the club Havana, within walking distance, which is super convenient, and getting back in late at night was super safe, as you cannot enter the lobby without your room key. Thank you for having clean rooms too! That was a big make or break for me. I'd stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn and Suites. The most impressive aspect was our check-in. The young woman working at the desk when we checked in around 7:30 could not have been more professional. I already said she should be the face of Fairfield Inn! She is outstanding! Our room was very nice. It was large, clean, and had places for all our stuff--we always appreciate that. The only tiny criticism I have of the room (but it won't prevent us from booking again) is that the AC/Heating system is weird. You can set the air conditioner at 70. The A/C will work until the room is at 70 degrees. But if it drops below 70, then the heat will come on to raise the temperature to 70. We remembered that (after it started happening) from our first booking at this particular property. Breakfast was very good and very uncrowded. We loved that too! This is a great place to stay--we got to the Fox Theatre in about 15 minutes!
