Staff was very nice. Hotel seemed a little dated. Upgrades are needed for sure. Shampoo & Conditioner bottles would not pump. There was hair in the shower that was not mine. Shower head was awful. no pressure at all and very dirty looking.
A/C was on point. It worked great. Overall visit was fine. I needed a place to stay and this worked.

Tiera at the front desk was wonderful to work with. When she found out we were in town for my husband’s heart surgery, she made sure we got the medical discount. She even checked in during the day. She is definitely a great asset to this organization.

Staff was fine. Free breakfast = 3 out of 5. Room wasn't in great shape, needs some rehab. Pretty brutal having room across from super noisy ice machine and staff using it in the wee hours; woke me every time. Liked the separate bedroom.

Clean room. Breakfast was good some days. They need a wider variety of food! Staff friendly and courteous. I have stayed at this hotel every time I visit family! I’ll be back.

This hotel is old. The bathtub was gross and had stains on the handle, there were scratches on the shower walls! Carpet buckled. Dog hotels are fine, but should be restricted to a certain floor.

Outdoor pool was closed for repairs. And night cleaning staff left dishes and trash in thr hallways. Other than that it was fantastic.

A dog pound. When getting off the elevator and tracking to our room, we were inundated by incessant dog barking echoing throughout the hallway. We were horrified as we got closer and closer to our room to find out it was louder and louder and coming from the room next door to us. Went on for 30 minutes, so we left the hotel and went somewhere else. Had to give up our 2 bedroom suite we booked in advance. Poor business decisions being made at Hiltons - letting $150 rooms run off $250 rooms. All to be dog inclusive now? I am done with Hiltons.

Very nice although older motel. Off the main street so it was quite. Room was very clean and the suite was extremely large and comfortable.

I can't think of anything "unique" but it was a pleasant stay and the hot breakfast is always good. The location is convenient to shopping and restaurants.

We were supposed to have a king bed but it was not available so we received 2 full size beds. Again, not a big deal but it was not what I booked.

It was just off the Interstate, but it was quiet and very clean.

The staff was very accommodating even though the Hotel experienced a leak and my first room had a refrigerator motor going bad. Everything was well taken care of and in a very timely manner. Great stay in spite of the leak and repair issues.
