the room was clean and on the ground floor for wheel chair accesses like I requested but very old and in disrepair. Room needed a lot of updating and items to be repaired in the room.

Older Motel. Very shabby. Pool empty with trash in it. Bed very lumpy. Good TV though.

Do not stay here unless you have no other options!!!! Lots of bugs in the room. The room had not been cleaned and had hairs from past guests on the bed and food under the bed. There was black mold all over the dresser and lots of mold in the shower.

It was a depressing experience for my husband and me, it smells bad, everything looks dirty, it seems like it is abandoned, the chair to sit on is disgustingly dirty, please someone has to know and report it to the corresponding authorities so that they can audit them and demand an total repair and hygiene of that place, and the lady who works at the reception is not friendly at all, she is really rude, you can't ask her or ask for something because she gets upset, I don't recommend it to anyone, no one expects to pay $110 a night for this .

Roaches

Those was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The smell was atrocious. Cockroaches everywhere. Everything was dirty including the bedding. Absolutely horrible!

Be warned. We had a terrible stay here. At check-in, the guy in front of me asked for a towel. The front desk boss argued with him for many minutes and refused to give him a towel. He left in exasperation. When we wanted a receipt, the boss told us we could get one at check-out. At check-out the next day at 9.45am, the office was closed. There was no way to get a receipt. We asked one of the workers. He said the boss would be back in 25 minutes. We dropped the keys in a slot and left. If you want a cheap rate, fine, book it. But the room was filthy and the boss rude. Never again.

The desk clerk was rude and disrespectful ,the room had old furniture was shabby. Was not enough toilet paper, some of lights did not work. Protitutes were everywhere. Could not lock bathroom, lock was broken.

I did not like a thing.The manger overcharged me and tried to make as though i was the one who was mistaken. I wasnt to be charged until i got to the property. She took it upon herself to run it before i even got there.I did not stay there because she wanted even more money after i had paid. She told me to call expedia and would refund my money,when i did,they reached out to her and she told them she would not refund.TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS

Room smelled very strongly of bleach. Sticky floors. Mold in restroom. Front desk lady rude. We checked in hoping to get to our room quickly and catch an Uber to an event, but the front desk lady stalled for 20 minutes. Other guests arrived and she put us on hold saying eh they can wait even though we were there first. Room reeked of bleach so badly that our poor Uber driver had to cover her nose due to an allergy to bleach products. 🙃 would not stay again.

This place was absolutely the WORST PLACE I’ve ever stayed at! I should’ve known better since it was so cheap, but I didn’t read the reviews and I regret it! The room smelled of old cigarettes, the floor lamp had paint peeling off, and the bed looked and felt saggy, and squeaked with every movement. The chair was ripped, worn, and dirty, and the paint on the floor lamp behind the chair was peeling off in strips. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and around the windows, the shower curtain was cheap, the toilet lid was cracked, and one of the lights was burned out, not to mention that the towels were so old, it was like drying off with sandpaper. Since we were only staying one night, we figured we make the best of it and watch some TV, but no, that was also not working. This place needs a SERIOUS RENOVATION, but I would guess that the owners do not care since people still book here, regardless of its current state. This should be dropped from Expedia because it is definitely bringing down Expedia’s reputation as a good site to find a reliable place to stay.

Room was so broken down Everything had been painted over many times and there was splatter on all the appliances, no switch plate on outlet, doorknob to bathroom came off in my hand, TV wouldn't turn off and the remote was missing the battery cover and was filthy, bathroom sink wouldn't turn off, phone in the room not connected to anything, toilet paper holders didn't have the bar so the TP was on the windowsill, everywhere you look there's something missing or broken. There was a silverfish in my bed the second day. But you cant beat a bicycle ride by the ocean so it was chill. Good restaurants in walking distance.

Sucked lady in office giant a hole

You’re better off spending a little more money to go somewhere better. It is dirty . The shower looks like a jail shower. No pressure and the shower head is at your chest . I am 5’5 for reference. The check in was terrible. No customer service and took about 15 minutes just to check in. Towels were different sizes and do not cover you fully. The cherry on top was on our way out we saw the housekeeping carts and OMG. So dirty. Makes me question EVERYTHING. OSHA would close this place down. I don’t know what we were thinking staying here. Never again

Front desk lady was rude and slow. Dumpster area was dirty just like all the Indian run motels. Cockroaches in my room. Hypodermic needle laying in the dirt outside my bathroom window. Noisy motorcycles at the intersection. Crummy internet service. Worst motel in Ventura. Trash scattered around parking lot every morning. The staff spoke very little English. Don’t stay here. Lots of dirty, low rent customers. This motel should be condemned.

So Disappointing -- basically unsafe and unsanitary. Lobby is permanently locked with only a side window to communicate -this could be from the unsavory characters in and around the motel. Motel is old and dirty-- shower had metal drain with sharp edges, bed had huge dent, walls were stained-room smelled of chain-smoker. If I hadn't arrived at night, I would have canceled and looked for another. This motel should not even be an option on your site...I understand you get what you pay for -but this place was just bad!

Terrible staff

The hotel room smelled so bad it was hard to sleep in. The toilet was broken, the paint was peeling everywhere, the bedding was stained. Homeless were aloud to stay outside of our room after going through the trash and spreading the trash across the parking lot. It was a cheaper stay but not that much of a cheaper stay. You could tell that the maids did the best with what they had to work with.

Needs maintenance and some updating. Good for over night stay. Was able to walk to the beach.

I found a math pipe in my pillowcase and a condom in the bed!

At first it was a bit scary, there were several police cars around when we drove by, we were to early to check in. The bathroom sink dripped no matter how hard we tried to turn off. The bed the kids slept on was fine, ours was broken and sank on one side making it hard to sleep. The room was clean all considering and quiet, that or we had quiet neighbors on either side. This Inn is in dire need of repair. The door locks are antiquated, we actually used a key. I don't think we'll ever stay there again.

The rating should be below zero & and this property should not be listed thru expedia. My door to room seemed ajar like if it had been kicked in & didn't close properly Bathroom door didn't close either.The floor had holes with duck tape. Graffiti edged into the walls. Pool was empty and property not as advertised The lady in the sweat box of a lobby was very rude as well. She insulted us in front of other customers when we told her the room was terrible. Please don't stay here especially with children. Not safe environment.

The attendant was rude and gave me a fist when I knocked on the glass and woke her up. The furniture has stains all over them, the toilet was broken, there was a drug addict knocking on a door asking for Roger all night long. The lights didn’t work and the mattress was horrible. Do not stay here!

I reserved a two bed and got only one. Not worth the price.. the bed was old and can fill the springs. Pillows like a rock. Restroom was for handicap person. Window would not open to vent in restroom. Asking for a refund
