Hotel is average, it needs refurb. The location is good. There are lots of conferences taking place so you battle to find a place to sit and eat. Be aware check in time is only 16h00. We paid for sea View room but it is only partially sea-view and you look right into everyone else's room. Some staff were really helpful while others were not, so luck of the draw.

The most beautiful view in all of Tromso! Super clean, comfortable, best location in town, and amazing breakfast! Will recommend this place and stay here again!

Great location, amazing included breakfast, helpful staff. Be aware there is no AC and rooms get really hot. Had to move rooms because, due to room layout, couldn’t open window while sleeping.

Discrepancy between room amenities and size for junior suites was disgusting. Reception was rude and condescending.

The breakfast was over the top - amazing! Only complaint was that parking was not available onsite - had to find street or paid parking.

It felt like a personal service. Everyone was very helpful. The reception manager was very knowledgeable and extremely competent.
The food both at breakfast and evening buffet in the restaurant was fabulous.
This was the second time that I had stayed. And would stay there again!

The 2nd time in our short Norway trip we have been charged again for a room previously paid, well paid months ago when we booked.
The really frustrating thing is they did not tell us. We only found out when we checked our statement. Needing to ring up to get a refund, although they said it had been done but no notification from them about it at all and the amount is still on our account. So did they really discover the error before we rang? 2nd time we have been told the same story.

We didn't realise we needed to pre-book parking and the lot was full, so we parked on the large car park next door but had to pay via the Easypark app. The hotel location and views are fabulous. Breakfast was good, good selection and very comfortable experience. The hotel has a bar and some snack available from reception too.

Room quality is poor. No place for suitcases. Miniature place for clothes. Poor ventilation. No ac. Cheep shower solution that leaks.

Location was perfect, on the water and you can walk the center of town from the hotel. We took a taxi to the cruise port terminal, which is only a few miles away. No need to call for a taxi, we just stepped out front a waived one down. Breakfast buffet was awesome, with plenty of choices and food was delicious. Staff was very courteous and helpful. After checking out, they let us store our bags in a safe room while we enjoyed the walk around town.
I would definitely recommend. Oh and most importantly the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel was in a great location, lots of great food and sightseeing nearby. Public transportation has stops nearby that gives you full access to the city. The hotel claiming to be a “4 star” hotel is a significant stretch. (Trash in the can from last guest, low quality mattress/bedding, instant coffee, etc.) Hotels.com’s app is trash, just use the website

Nice hotel, a little bit in the expensive side but the location is perfect. We got the sea view and it’s worth it except for the big ship parked in front of the view.

Perfection personified. The best place to stay in town, with an amazing breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful when needed as well.
