Ok for one night. Room had little lighting. There was water on the floor below the AC/Heater. Breakfast eggs were cold. Debris including an old contact lens on the ground by the bed. Large gaps in the door allowed lots of sound in from the hallway Overall just a bit run down hotel. It was not expensive, but still not worth the price paid.

Even though we checked in close to midnight the front desk staff were friendly. Loved that the floors were not carpeted since it is a pet friendly place. Our pup had no issues. Breakfast was fine nothing crazy but did the job. Would recommend this hotel for pets, and as a budget friendly clean option.

I stayed for 1 night while relocating across the country. The bed was comfortable, the door locked, and the service was great.

We had a great stay here in Hays! For what we paid, it couldn’t have been better. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Right next door was a Freddies so we could conveniently get food even though it was late when we arrived.

Nice room. Good bed. Comfortable stay. Happy to have a fridge and microwave. I think we had pancakes for breakfast instead of waffles. Pleasant change.

The room was nice for the price.
The breakfast was described as “Buffet” and it was just a continental breakfast with limited eggs and sausage. I understand not having waste but you have to keep on asking for more when the room is full which takes more time. Disappointing.
The staff was nice and helpful.
Bring back the waffle maker, the pancake maker has been on the Fritz.

The hotel has been recently remodeled. They need to clean the floor a little better between the bed and night stands. The electric and computer outlets nearest the wall side of the bed did not work. The breakfast is basic and when it runs out there is NO breakfast. Get there early. We do not recommend the pancake machine. It worked for our one night passing through Hays.

Key didn't work properly to get in building. The room we got on Expedia had a shower set up for someone in a wheelchair. So I couldn't shower. The toilet had a handicap seat with arms attached to it. The room next to us had TV turned up loud. We had to have desk clerk ask them to turn it down. It was a noisy place to stay people walking halls talking in middle of the night. I was charged 17.44 for a pet fee. So this room cost 97.89 with all the taxes and fees. Not the amount shown on Expedia.

Staff upon checking in and out was awesome! I needed some more towels at some point in the evening and that staff member could have definitely been more friendly/helpful. Overall the facility was very nice, a little outdated, but clean and the price was good!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hallways smelled of smoke, but the room did not. Probably people smoking too close to the door. Good room for the price.

Very clean. Bed super comfortable and good pillows. Towels smelled fresh. Breakfast area super clean and great assortment of foods. Highly recommend for a short term “road trip” stay.

We booked this hotel for a quick, one-night stay. The condition was not the greatest, but the staff was friendly, and it was pretty clean. It could definitely use some remodeling, though. I would give this place a 7/10.
