Hotel was clean and tidy staff was not friendly, staff gave a lot of wrong information at particular time during the stay.

I like the friendliness of the staff. I especially remember how kind and thoughtful Saboor was working at the front. Ghulam Abbas, Duty Manager was very efficient and helpful also.

Staff was extremely friendly, professional and courteous specially Mr. MUZAFFAR ABBASS on front desk. The entire checking in and checking out experience was very smooth and pleasant

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, service was slow waited 45 mins to check in and 35 mins for them to check us out before we can leave. We was late for our meeting. The bed sheets was smelling of sweat couldn't sleep all night. Over all horrible experience.

Unbelievably good! The hospitality and customer service was second to none! Everyone was so friendly and went out of their way to help with any and everything!

It is a very good hotel situated on the outskirts of Islamabad.The location is good and easily accessible by car. The hotel and the room were excellent. We had a minor issue with the room upon check-in which was promptly addressed and the situation was handled well by the front desk manager. The entire staff was very polite and very accommodating. Will recommend to every one.

One of the worst experience I’ve ever encountered in this location. We checked in and the AC wasn’t working. We called front desk to change our room but he refused. So after 30 minutes sitting in a boiling hot room, a maintenance guy came with a ladder to fix the AC. He spend 30 minutes fixing it but still AC didn’t work as expected. As our breakfast was included, majority of the food was old and stale. Not recommended at all.

The service and hotel were both top notch! I arrived early and with no money as the ATM would not take my card. I needed to pay the taxi driver and the staff paid it for me allowing me to pay them back later. Really helped me out! I discovered, for future reference Standard Chartered Bank will take American bank cards. The room service food was excellent and the staff were great! Will stay again for sure.

it was one of boring stay throughout my life due to the unavailability of facilities. The hotel is very dirty. Showers are not working. Very away from Shopping Malls. Being Patriotic Pakistani i will not Suggest it to any Foreigner.

All was well in the room until I was rudely awoken at 6 am with hammering and construction right above my room. When I decided to take a shower I found that my tub was leaking into the bathroom and basically flooded my bathroom. They tried fixing it but that was really the last straw.

Hotel under extreme renovation and construction. No notice. Bad ambience. Old furniture. Poorly trained staff.

Room was not good.this is 3 star but room like 0 star very durty and bathroom also very durty. i think why i take this hotel.i know best western normaly very good hotel but this hotel location is very good but room very bad.

We expected a warm welcome by staff, having booked and paid for a suite through Expedia. However, it took staff over 30 minutes to locate our booking details, whilst we waited in the lobby. We were not offered drinks or any explanation for the delay. The suite itself was of a resonable size and standard. Room servjce was fairly quick and food was of a good standard. Bearing in mind the high price that we paid for the suite, we expected and warmer and swifter welcome than that received. It seems that this hotel, though registered with Expedia, does not have the infrastructure to cope well with online bookings, as my friend had a similar experience with an Expedia booking made a few months earlier.

The bathrooms were very smelly and i booked a suite with a king size bed, when i got to the hotel I got an executive room with twin beds. The hotel staff said that their suite didn't come in the price range expedia had paid them so i was downgraded!

It was a good and comfy experience. Really enjoyed the stay and calm environment.
