ideal location off freeway and across the street from large upscale shopping area with movie theatre and food
I was a little surprised at the significant change in room rate for the night of Thanksgiving (extra $40) but as we were there for 4 nights total it balanced out. Also be aware of a small parking charge ($7)

HAVE STAYED AT THIS HOTEL MORE THAN 10 TIMES. VERY NICE STAFF! WARM WELCOME FROM MANAGER WHO CHECKED ME IN EARLY. ALSO NATALIA WHO ARRANGED FOR LATE CHECK-OUT FOR ME. EVERY CONVENIENT LOCATION TOO, FOR RESTAURANTS AND SHOPPING.

I liked proximity to freeway exit. I thought it may be loud due to close to freeway but it was not which I'm glad! I liked that it was clean, updated, and quiet!
I did not like that the sliding glass door did not lock. That makes it scary someone could get in and made it feel unsafe.

When the wife went to the room one of the beds was used and had blood stains all over the mattress went to the front desk to show them the pictures and he said this wouldn’t be the first time this has happened. I was just in awe of the response. Asked for a mgr and he said he wouldn’t be in till Monday so I took his information email him that same night and here we are 6 days later with no response…. Pretty piss poor service and will be contacting the corporate office at this point. Never will stay at one of these properties.
