I liked that the hotel is in a nice area. We always book a 2 bedroom suite at a Residence Inn when we are on trips

I frequently stay at Residence Inn's with my family while on vacation. Mainly because they are clean and spacious, and offer a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and full-size fridge. From the minute we arrived, our fridge was leaking. Maintenance arrived, but nothing was done to fix the issue, no follow up from the hotel staff was done either. The free internet was also not working so my children couldn't play on their tablets. When I called the front desk to ask about this issue, she wasn't able to help because she didn't have any knowledge about internet issues, so she transferred me to a number that wasn't in service. The room backed up to the freeway, so it was also noisy at night when trying to rest. The breakfast offered could've been better as well. Our room was also never cleaned at all during our stay. I guess it's more disappointing to me because usually staying at a Residence Inn is worth the money. Unfortunately, that is not the case at this location.

clean, close to the freeway leading to many destinations like Walnut Creek, Bay Area, San Francisco etc.

The groundskeeping was a bit slow to clean the foliage outside the doors making it tough to keep the place clean given that housekeeping only came every three days.

they charge $500.00 extra just to sit there and provide poor plumbing 🪠 inside the expensive cost They also have no common sense about putting old people on two flights of stairs breakfast so so don’t bother here it’s a poor view and color rm Shame on me for using Booking.com

The shower.

The staff gave a bio Hazzard attitude and dress. The bell hop and the cafeteria matron were the only friendly people there. At check in added a 200$ deposit per room but would not included in room receipt..they said it was returnable but there's no record of it. the rooms had a strange odor giving us headaches and made our clothes smell strange. The room numbers were not visible, building numbers only visible but not listed on key envelope.
