The room looks nothing like the pictures but it was still clean and nice. One of the biggest rooms we've ever stayed in. The bed was super uncomfortable but I don't like a firm matress so it could be me. An elevator would've made my stay better bit it was overall good.

Only inconvenience was it was raining and we had to go around to the front of the hotel to get in the door for breakfast instead of being able to use the door on the back side that was covered.

The staff was very friendly on arrival and departure. There was a hot continental breakfast. It was definitely more than I expected waffles hot biscuits, bacon, eggs, potatoes, and I think sausage along with your cold side of breakfast cereal, muffin toast, bagels, yogurt, things like that.
The breakfast staff was very friendly and polite. Make sure we had everything we needed.
Room was spacious clean, and the beds were comfortable.

When I arrived at the property, I was told the double room that I reserved was already booked to another customer. We had to take a room with only one bed, but after a 12 hour drive, it was all that was available. Once in the room, we found the AC compressor would not come on, and only blew hot air. When I went to the desk, the young man working there offered me a box fan. He was nice enough, but had no power to fix the problem. I don’t want anything for free, but after paying a premium price, you would think the minimum standards of a working AC should be maintained. August stay, 88 degrees in the room.

The check in staff was fantastic! She is very friendly and goes all out to help you anyway she can. This was our second time to stay and both times she was wonderful!

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom needs updating the shower leaks outside the tub. Otherwise the stay was fine.

I was in a meeting for 3 hours,4 pm to 7 pm with temperatures @ 93 degrees clerkWould not allow my wife check in after check in time with reservation,my I D and the debit card used when reserved. The room we were given was same room we stayed in week before and didn’t want the same room due to beds being sunken due to over use. I was told they were unable to do this and never checked to see if anything else was available. We will find a new place to stay!

Bathroom could have definitely been cleaner. The washer and dryer didn’t work properly. It says newly renovated but I feel that was misleading. The customer service was really good.

Initially very impressed with this older property. Found everything in excellent condition and bed was extremely comfortable. However, when got in shower I noticed black footprints. I had walked across the floor barefooted and the floor was so dirty my feet made prints in the shower. My husband had same problem.

Room was clean and comfortable. The pillows were like bricks though, and my neighbors made noises and left a TV on blaring until after midnight however. All in a fair stay fir a fair price

Staff were very considerate and helpful. The room was clean and quiet with comfortable beds. The only downside was the musty smell when the air conditioner/heating unit was turned on.

Our stay was great from check in to check out. The gentlemen at the front desk was nice and we had no problems. The room could use a little TLC, but nothing too serious. It was overall clean and a good stay. BBW is right next door within walking distance along w other stores.
