First room the bathroom was dirty when we checked in. The toilet seat had some type of sticky/tacky substance on it. Second room the power went out when we tried to use the microwave. Was told there had been "issues with that room" previously. Then why put someone in it until those issues are rectified? The desk staff was less than "happy"...almost felt like I was inconveniencing them especially the clerk that checked me in.

The first room was dirty and the bathroom shower rod was broken when I asked them to fix it the maintenance man was new and didn’t know how. The fridge still has medicine from the ppl before us. They switched us rooms and it was no better the tub was cracked. The pool was closed because they were remolding the the whole place which wasn’t in the booking listing we wanted the pool for my grandson to play in. They said they told booking but it was never fixed on the app.

poor cleaning since the day i arrived, not cooked well breakfast, staff that doesn’t care about fixing any issues and rude,noisy indoor construction from 7 am to 6 pm when told it was remodeling being done only on 3rd floor from 9 am to 4-5 pm, bug issues, pool closed, gym closed, all doors to the building don’t work so your having to park far just to walk all the way to the front entrance, fail to try and give a receipt once checking out
