冷氣設備應是中央空調控制，溫度完全不會下降，房內空氣非常不流通，走廊的空氣都比房間新鮮！更慘的是服務人員英文極差，不會日文的很難溝通成功。本次入住經驗極差，前台人員的應變能力更差，毫無處理問題的能力。為了處理房間問題，破壞了度假的心情與旅程。
The front desk team are very poor at English. It’s the most terrible experience in japan I never have.

great location, just minutes away from Sendai JR. hotel felt new and clean, and very decently sized for japan standards. a little hiccup at reception as staff wasn't very strong in English, but we managed to get it sorted out. highly recommended if one is in Sendai.

The location was great. It’s around 3-5 mins walk from the Sendai station. Room was clean and its size seems bigger than other hotel in Japan. Breakfast was quite simple, not much variety, but good quality.
