A grand hotel with absolutely the best staff service ever

This was my second stay. I also stayed here last year for my wife's birthday. This year, I emailed them to ask for a surprise for my son and his wife's honeymoon and my wife's birthday. On the first night, we received welcome sweets, and on the second night, we received bed decorations and a chocolate cake, as well as a warm message from the staff. The whole family was thrilled. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Tired room with an uncomfortable single bed when I wanted a double. Good breakfast buffet and lovely marble bathroom. Broken coffee machine in room. Would not return.

Property looks fabulous. Staffs are very friendly. Few dining option. Need more international dining option. And few more food varieties for late night food for In-room dining menu.

Every thing was perfect. At time we leave, we didn’t have enough time for our flight. But staff was so kind and booked exerent driver. Thinks so much. We want to come back here again.

Loved the Ritz Carlton. Service was top notch, and hotel was just beautiful. Two large malls were about a 6 minute walk. Petronas towers and Batu caves were easy to get to via Grab. Would love to return to KL and stay here again ❤️

The hotel was conveniently located within walkable distance to various major malls in the city centre. Staff service was excellent. The only issue we had was hearing street noise coming from hell racers at night.

The property is overall nice and I like the neutral color of the room. The only thing is the room's carpet needs some updating. Fitness center does not have a rowing machine and the air is a bit chilly. But have to comment on their excellent staff and service. Met a few of their wonderful staff such as Siva, Tarikula who made the juice during breakfast and Stephanie. All of them made my stay so unforgettable!

Comparing the Ritz in KL to that here in Perth was quite a different story. Obviously the Ritz in KL is getting a little dated. Carpet in our room was starting to lift and sometimes our towels were not taken away for cleaning. We were only on the 5th floor and I feel like this was the cheaper end. Would have been nice to stay on a higher level. The little dessert each night and slippers put by our bed sides were a nice little touch. Cleaning staff courteous and the pool was a dream. Some families do allow their children (under the age of 16) which is not permitted, to swim and scream and make a lot of noise to those who prefer the quiet. There are 2 pools and families should take note of the sign and adhere to it with their little children. Otherwise I would come back again. Thank you

Superb location (next to Bukit Bintang shopping district), and there is a bridge link to Starlink / JW Marriot. It is safe and quiet.
However, the hotel can do with a refresh as its aging condition shows. It also has an odd layout (the public area). Biggest gripe is the car parking - it is not free for hotel guests and also based on per entry (RM12) and not per day.

I expected more from the Ritz-Carlton. Not only as a Marriott Gold Elite member but in general from this brand. I was disappointed at the complete lack of understanding or help when I arrived early after flying for a day. Exhausted and about to pass out the staff didn't even offer a glass of water while I waited for my room to be ready. They seemed indifferent and couldn't give me a timeframe of when a room would be ready. However, another couple arrived early and was escorted to the lounge to wait. It was only when I asked for the contact info for the GM, which I had to insist on as they initially told me they only had a duty manger card, that there was finally some movement on getting me into a room.
