Arrived late evening, tired. I didn't want the room right by the elevator, so the receptionist made an extra effort to switch the room for me and really appreciate her. The surprise was that I can't find a USB port to charge my phone. Room was quiet, but the fan in bathroom was too loud. If water pressure was higher, it would be perfect.

Great that there was a small sink, fridge and microwave in the seperate couch/sitting area. The maid was excellent and although the decor was dated in some areas, it is being updated. The hotel was walking distance close to some restaurants and a very short drive to many otheres.

Pamela checked me in and was very pleasant to talk to! Gave me all the information about Wi-Fi, where to park my motorcycle, breakfast the next morning, etc.

We arrived to a pleasant gentleman who was friendly and helpful. We had early check in,and were given keys to our room. We had a not so great experience from there. The door to the room required assistance. We had never encountered a door that required a swipe for nearly a minute before the door would release. The front desk clerk was helpful in assisting. Its fine,it works- but unusual for sure. We got into a room looking nothing as pictured. We settled as we were exhausted and it included the required beds. Within 15 minutes of arrival the 2 year olds feet were completely black after removing shoes. We had to keep feet covered the entire time for sanitary reasons, and this did not go over well. We noticed moisture on the toilet. Looking above the ceiling is compromised by water intrusion and mold directly over the toilet. Additionally the wallpaper is dirty and peeling. The sprinklers are rusting and molding.There was an indoor poll,they had hot breakfast, and the location is conveniently next to many options. The price charged is on average 75$ higher for a Sun/Mon night to comparable accommodations with breakfast inclusive. I paid a 25$ fee to check in at 1:30 pm,1.5 hours before regular registration. This is 17% of stay charges. In total I paid 175$+ for 1 room with one queen and 1 king. I feel we were let down with what we were provided for cost. We have taken photos to supply with review. I have no complaints about this property; however this was the second day in a row we were transferred to a different BW than the one we originally booked.

I'm old, so I've been indoctrinated for decades about the "Best" in Best Western. Over the years, I've had wonderful stays at this chain. Now, of course, the "Best Western" is the bottom of the line--more like a "Better Than Howard Johnson." Our room had a coffee maker that lacked a coffee carafe with which to make coffee--even though we complained twice in two days about its being missing and were assured the problem would be taken care of. The shower curtain was torn, and the shower rod was connected to the wall at only one end. Whew. Like justice, maintenance deferred eventually becomes maintenance denied.

I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the wonderful customer service.

We were given our room key & learned the room wasn’t ready for us. Kinda a hassle as she’s were we to do with all our luggage/kids stuff while we waited about hour. Food was left in the fridge, the food spilt out & had a mess to clean up from the get go. Later found things were just not cleaned. Bathroom. The ac was loud & creaky my grandson thought there was a mouse inside & had to turn off the ac to get a good night sleep. Other than this all seemed very routine.

It’s convenience location. The breakfast is good. The property is very old. There’s very strong chemical smell in the hallway. In the room, smell is weird.

The staff were friendly and the room was nice and large. Plenty of room for 4 people and I appreciated that there were two sinks. Unfortunately the entire hotel is in need of an upgrade. Our air conditioning unit was loud and sounded like a plane was taking off. The shower, even though it was clean, looked dirty and the water pressure was horrible. The beds were super uncomfortable. I did appreciate the hot breakfast. Bottom line, it worked fine for quick night stay due to a work commitment but I would choose another hotel if given the choice.

The location is great for exploring the Willamette Valley farms.

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Best Western, and I feel compelled to share it to warn others. I had reserved 5 rooms at this hotel, but due to a change in plans, I called to cancel my reservation two weeks prior to my stay. The person at the front desk assured me it wouldn't be a problem, so I didn't bother canceling through Hotels.com, especially since it was a "pay at the hotel" type of booking. To my shock, I received a call the day before my supposed check-in to confirm the reservation, despite having canceled it weeks ago. By then, it was already 2 hours past the 24-hour cancellation period. When I explained the situation, the hotel representative was extremely rude and dismissive. They informed me, in the most condescending tone, that they would still charge me half of the room rate. She made it sound like this was a generous gesture on their part, which added insult to injury. This experience has left a very bad taste in my mouth. The lack of communication and the rude behavior from the staff are unacceptable. I would advise anyone considering a stay at this Best Western to be very cautious and ensure all cancellations are confirmed in writing, or better yet, choose a different hotel that values their customers and provides clear and respectful communication.

For the price i paid, you would think it would be cleaner and more up-to-date. Other hotels in nicer were cheaper best western needs to get updated refrigerator in the room doesn’t fit in the cabinet. The cabinet is very old, dirty and nasty looking open the door. The fridge gets pushed, and you pull it out in about falls on the ground. First night there, we asked him not to clean our room, put the thing out to clean the next day. No one showed up to clean. Called the front desk to get more towels. It was late couldn’t understand the person and we had to walk down and go get our own towels. Rooms are just old and dated for the price you paid to stay there

The front desk worker Angie stole from my room. I went out for a few hours and came back and recognize somebody had been in my room. When I went to the front desk, they were trying to convince me that nobody had been in my room. The next day I got a call from the manager and they reviewed footage and found out that in fact, somebody was in my room and stole for me. They were willing to replace the cash that was taken, but that was about it. I’m not even sure what happened to the employee and if she still works there. Never staying again!

Clean and well maintained

I can't understand why this hotel gets such great reviews. The bed was worn out, and the bathroom ceiling had partially repaired water damage. The room smelled strongly of cleaning solution and needed to be aired out. The elevator had a bad smell. The entire property looked run down and in need of updating.

The staff and cleaning staff were kind and helpfull. Breakfast was nice.

Not as bad of an experience as some of the reviews. Would be ok for night. But not great. Definitely needs updating. Scratchy blankets. Uncomfortable bed. Very old furniture with huge dents, scratches and wholes through the room. The AC rattled all night. A few good restaurants in walking distance. Lots of other nicer places in the area. I would not return based on the comfort of the bed.

The property needs to be updated along with the rooms. The shower had poor water pressure and the wallpaper in the bathroom looked like it had black mold in areas and dirty near the toilet. The beds are hard as a rock. Breakfast good and service great.
