Staff very friendly and helpful

Housekeeper was friendly. Front desk was okay. Night staff was not the best. Asked for extra towels. They made us bring the dirty ones back before giving us replacements. Both of which had to be changed again because they had boogers and stains on them. Bed linen had stains. We were charged $40 per pet per NIGHT. but their only location for pets to use “facility” was an open field next to the hotels in a very poor lit area with no real security. Side door by our room stayed unlocked 24/7 and the washing machine had mold in it. The dryer ate my change and when I went to the front desk to ask them to reimburse me (WITH A VIDEO) showing them the machine doing it, they still questioned me. Was more like a motel than an inn. Had zero quality. And the “free” breakfast consisted of runny eggs.

The hotel was undergoing renovation, so there were some areas where carpet was missing in the corridors. The newly renovated room was nice and the bed was very comfortable, but the showerhead in the bathroom was small and the water pressure was not very strong. The breakfast was mostly carbs and scrambled eggs. Would have liked a little more protein variety.

The wing we were in was beginning a refurbishment. Our room was very dated, the beds were uneven and squeaked loudly at any movement. There were minimal outlets in the room, multiple outlets had no wall plate behind them. The shower walls were quite discolored, and the water pressure poor. The staff was very kind and friendly, but we won't be going back next time we're in the area.

Very clean and service was great. Some things that did not work was old or needed repairs. Shower head and faucet not working properly. TV remote needs replacing.

Needs cleaning (hair on towels) and a room upgrade. Rust on toilet paper holder, low,low toilet seat. Chipped tub. I slept so bed must be comfortable or really tired!

It was newly renovated room.

Entirely misrepresented. We checked out within 10 minutes of checking in. Wouldn't ever consider staying at this chain again.

King bed with 4 tiny pillows not okay. Curtains not wide enough to keep out light. Breakfast wasn't that good. Biscuits were hard on the bottom and there was no syrup for the waffles. Also, no non dairy creamer for coffee.

This property is getting very rundown. Beds make foundation noise. Bathtubs are painted over. Rust on chrome fixtures. Staff is trying to keep it up with great service. it’s just getting old, stained and tried

A bit dated but it looks like they are making renovations. Lots of dining and shopping options around.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were very high.

Service was good. Room was clean and bedding was very nice. Only drawback was the condition of the couch in our room. Very old, warm and did not appear clean. We would stay again.

It’s being remodeled, but the bathrooms are still kind of old and mildewy.

We were told that we had a remodeled room. It would have been better had they said it was an old room. It definitely did not look remodeled. It was clean, but shabby. The beds were very uncomfortable. Had they charged me more, I would have been VERY unhappy, but it was fine for the price.

They allow pets and the continental breakfasts are really good.

Every thing was as I expected. The breakfast was good, and the whole place was neat and clean. GOOD JOB!!!!!!!!

Our water went out and we had to stay some where at the last minute. The staff was wonderful. Very accommodating.

Hotel was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable, and staff was super nice even on a busy holiday weekend. Hot coffee 24 hours and decent breakfast. Would stay again for sure.

We loved the patio area. It was wonderfully cozy and private from the outside world

The staff was excellent. Upon arriving we discovered there were no elevators so we had to stay on the first floor. That was fine, but it is also the pet floor. Bad smell in room, carpet chewed up, tub faucet didn't work well, shower curtain too small-useless, TV picture much smaller than screen. We asked to move but were told no rooms were available. We stayed our two nights but will not stay there again.

Very accommodating. Clean, Great Breakfast. Had an issue with HOTELS.COM with billing, and the hotel took care of the problem without inconvenience. 10/10

Very clean, and the staff was exceptional.

The breakfast is good. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The gym is almost marginal. We were looking for a place to sleep and this worked well for us. I would stay there again
