We needed a place that was dog friendly. Asked for first floor with adjacent room to my daughter and they were very helpful. Beds were comfortable. There were dead bugs on the carpet and one on the bed. The food was packaged danish and cereal. The price was very reasonable and we got what we paid for.

There was a lot of noise on the property and surrounding area. The bed made a lot of noise, the breakfast should be called a snack.

The staff was rude from the start. The room was disgusting and dirty. I paid way too much for the trash I stayed in!

Wouldn't recommend this place at all. We checked in at 4 pm and checked out 4 hours later. Terribly hot in the room. Even the bathroom was like a sauna. No way we could shower and/or sleep in this room.

It was terrible. The manager, Peter, was extremely inappropriate, unprofessional and rude. Check out was at 11. We we're running a little late and proceeded to open the door and demand that we leave at 11:20. By 20 minutes. I have never had such a terrible experience with a hotel.

It was ok… The beds were pretty comfy but the bathroom was small you could barely shut the door while inside. It’s fine if your just needing a place to crash for the night.
They discontinued the waffles so breakfast wasn’t any good..

We like nothing gave us a room that they knew had a broken sink and a bad refrigerator. The room was shut down waiting for repairs but they rented it to us. Quite discusting

We have no complaints. We had a great trip! The hotel room was very clean, the beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was good as well. We were close to eateries and not far from downtown Seguin.
We would definitely stay at the same hotel again

They double charged me and I wasn’t going to argue. The lady at the counter was completely unfriendly, no smile to her face at all. We got in the room and it was scorching hot and smelled!! Not to mention the 3 crickets we killed in the room.

The hotel was okay. Very old. Lots of repairs needed. When you walk into the room it smells of stailness and smoke. Once the air fot going the smell got better. Little things like all the towels were not folded the same, had to close the bathroom door to get toliet paper.
There is no breakfast unless you consider stale old prepackaged muffins as a breakfast!

Within the night I notice the ac was not cooling notified the office and the gentleman stated there was no one available to assist me and for me to call back around 7 am When I called back the gentleman stated all we can do is switch your room but reminded me that check out was at 1030-11 so there was nothing they could do at this time

Front Desk was unfriendly and room doors look like it wasn’t vaccumed and the sheets look like they were never changed from the last person who slept there. The breakfast sucked, cold cereal and muffin’s

I don’t have anything pleasant to say about this property except that the people who run it seem like nice people, but unfortunately after my stay I wouldn’t touch this place with a 10 foot pole.

I love the bedding sheets and the bed. We always use our soaps because the motels are so tiny and we also use our own shampoo and conditioner but other than that it was a great stay!

The Front desk secretary was short with me when I asked if my room was paid in advance. She said some unnecessary things to me,as if I did wrong. I booked it through a third party and it has been paid in advance, at times. Very unfriendly, customer service (glasses in her 50's) should be addressed. Where has friendliness gone?

Older hotel but it was very clean and neat. Large room with a closet. Good shower, dining table and 2 chairs, comfy office chair. Mini fridge and microwave clean and working. Bed was super comfy and clean. Wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.
