Prince Sakura was so lovely! The staff were so attentive and kind, the hotel was so clean and had great amenities. It is very close to a train station, making it very easy to get to all parts of Tokyo.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at! The staff members are so nice, respectful and helpful beyond my understanding. The main breakfast restaurant is a dream come true overlooking a beautiful Japanese garden and Momoji trees. There is a walking garden right by the hotel that is very beautiful both at night and during the day time. The location is excellent with a 5-minute walk to Shinagawa train station, where you can take both the regular train and the Shinkansen.
I also appreciated that although it is close to a busy area, the hotel itself is in a quiet neighborhood and gives peace in Tokyo's fast-paced environment. I stayed on a high floor overlooking the Tokyo Tower, and it is a sight to see for sure.
A big shoutout to Marie at the restaurant for making us feel welcome and at home. Ricky at the reception desk for helping us check in early and making us love the hotel in the first 2 minutes we entered.

Amazing sanctuary in a very easy part of the city to explore from. Garden was incredible. Sauna, spa and onsen were magic. Plus they have relaxation room with massage chairs.

I like the hotel location, very convenient for traveling. That save me a lot of time and stress. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and spacious. I will consider stay here again. The only issue was the swimming pool is under construction, my kids did not get to use the pool.

We loved the service here the most. Prince sakura tower was one of the best stays in our trip. Close to train station. However shinagawa is a very crowded station..and it is not shinjuku or shibuya. Few places to dine out rather than shinjuku or shibuya but we loved our stay here. Special mentions for the front desk and the spa.

Beautiful garden all staffs are super kind.3 ~4 hotels are connected,so you have choice of many restaurants (you don't have to go outside) it's like vegas hotel.

Expedia told me they had a pool for the kids to relax. They do not have a pool. Just a hot tub for adults only.

Great location within a 5 minute walk to the Shinagawa station which can connect you to anywhere in Tokyo. The hotel and amenities are beautiful especially the gardens and especially at night when all lit up. The staff were also very friendly and helpful (but Japan is known for their amazing service). The rooms were large and very comfortable and my family enjoyed the extra perks of the executive lounge.

The hotel itself was a short walk from Shinagawa station, so that was nice. There was a huge construction site next door, so the view wasn’t great, but couldn’t be helped. The rooms were basic and clean. The front desk staff and concierge were just ok- not super friendly. But the bell desk staff was great.

We had a fabulous stay in this hotel, it’s convenient, just 5 min walk to the shinagawa station. The room is roomy, and they have a business centre for me to deal with some urgent paper work!

Good location and close to HND . 30 minutes train ride and 3 minutes walk. Nice garden and Tokyo tower view from the room stayed. Breakfast is ok.

trip. Not recommend for family trip because of price. $30 breakfast is ok, normal price for good quality of food. Hotel services is excellent becouse you can do everything from room. Very nice out door area.

The hotel gardens are beautiful, the sauna is amazing after a busy day exploring Tokyo, and the relaxation room with massage chair was terrific! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

This hotel has a beautiful garden that is a hidden gem. Get the breakfast included and it’s a wonderful buffet style with wide variety of foods. The area is quiet and not ideal for young teenagers
