The room was great. I was upgraded at no charge at the front desk when I arrived to a 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights. It was clean. Breakfast was good for getting me started in the morning.

Our stay at this hotel was just okay. The check-in process was quick and straightforward, which was appreciated. The room itself was quite spacious, providing plenty of room to move around. However, it wasn’t without its issues. The tub was visibly dirty and had unpleasant stains, which wasn’t ideal for a week-long stay. The room had a strong odor reminiscent of a nursing home, which detracted from the overall comfort.
The daily breakfast was mediocre and didn’t offer much variety. Housekeeping was minimal and did not come by to take out the trash or replace towels unless we specifically requested it. During our week-long stay, we found ourselves having to ask for fresh towels several times.
On a positive note, the staff was friendly and approachable, which did help make up for some of the drawbacks. The price was reasonable, and the hotel’s proximity to the airport is convenient for travelers. Overall, it served its purpose but could use some improvements in cleanliness and housekeeping services.

The rooms are very spacious and pretty clean. We did need to wait to check in due to the room not being available after 4pm.

The property was really nice and clean. Loved having 2 bedrooms. The staff was nice and very helpful. Be aware when you book this through a third party you are not allowed to leave your vehicle. You must do the park and pay through hotel. The gave me a one time pass and I had to pay $10.00 a night but will not allow me to do it again. That's not the way it's advertised on Expedia. Also, the lighting in the parking area is bad. Need more lighting.

Everything was great BUT the hot water wasn't working when we needed to take a shower. Upon checkout we were told that it had been fixed around 3 AM that morning but we needed showers the night before so were not able to shower. The room was spacious and clean but there were no blankets in the room for the pullout. We did retrieve them from the front desk so that was fine. Just fyi.

The property provided all that can be expected at the price point that it targets. It was clean, quiet, and well maintained. I don't expect much for its price point and it did not disappoint.

The room we stayed was very noisy due to near airport location and plus the particularly noisy air conditioner compressor unit ouside. The room should not be used as a guest room during summer months.

Room was in excellent condition. The air conditioner is housed in a closet right at the foot of the bed & was quite loud & noise from outside the room (dogs barking, people talking) is very audible.

Check in process took over an hour due to rooms not being ready despite it being after 4:00 PM. Room was otherwise very nice and spacious and clean. Both shuttle drivers were prompt with pick up and drop off at the airport.

Everyone was very friendly. The suite was clean and the fireplace worked. This suite is very spacious with a full kitchen. The free breakfast in the morning is fantastic with a lot of choices.
