It’s a bed. Prepaid so couldn’t cancel. Staff was not there to check in. Lobby was bare and had fold up picnic tables for breakfast. Motel room the tv didn’t work and there was absolutely no response or offer to change rooms just had to watch my phone. Wouldn’t have been bad but I was planning on watching movies with someone. Shower ok. Bed was a bed. Not uncomfortable but wasn’t the best. Idk it’s a risk is all

I was there for my work trip hotel is in very good location walking to shopping and eating very quite and very clean rooms highly recommended to anyone looking for great stay

We were in town for a funeral so it all happened very quick. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just a bit outdated. Breakfast was good as well. But the staff is what made this trip great. They went above and beyond to help look for a lost item that was potentially left behind. Highly recommend. Very quiet.

First time staying at this hotel, even though I’ve driven by it several times and I was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. Everything was perfect and the service was amazing from check in to check out. Absolutely recommend!

We've stayed here several times over the years but this time was a bit different. The breakfast service was cut way back to very few food items. Other than that, this property fit our needs.

The breakfast room was large and restaurant-like with booths, but three waffle machines? Other than that, no hot foods, and regular continental selections: two cereals, cellophane-wrapped muffins, apples, Lipton tea. The king room was spacious and the bed comfortable.

We had a nice stay. Nothing amazing but it was clean and the staff was friendly. Be aware that you will have to request housekeeping even though a note in the room said it was provided for stay overs unless the DND sign is out. Breakfast was simple continental style.

Arrived early & they failed to let me know when my room was ready got there at noon & said I could not get room until 4:00. They promised to call me and did not.

The staff I encountered at this property are top notch. From check in to check out, each one was super friendly and accomodating. The wonderful lady who ran breakfast really knows how to start your morning!!

We visit our daughters in Portland from time to time and this location is super convenient for us to get up and back home. There’s also an Elmer’s restaurant near by for breakfast.

Checking in was bad. A line to check in . They had us all check in and no rooms was ready. They said give us some time and we'll let you all know when rooms are available.tgen people started checking in and getting rooms while we all sat in the front watching people check in and get rooms

I really liked the easy parking elevator and free breakfast.

The sheets were pilled. Felt like there was sand in the bed.
The room smelled like someone made mac and cheese with dirty sock water only moments before.
Opting to take the stairs rather than wait for the geriatric elevator, I was disappointed ( and slightly frightened) to find that the stairway deposits you behind the building, in the dark, with nothing and nobody around. If there was signage indicating this to be the case, it was not obvious.

I have never had a worse experience in my life. I booked a room for my sisters wedding (I paid for hotel and $75 extra for rose petals) and when my sister arrived they made her pay again. They said there was not reservation made when I even have emails from manager. When I went to speak with staff at desk employee who refused to give his name slammed door in my face and told me to F off. There were other guests in hotel that witnessed this and they also reported similar experiences so we exchanged contact info and yet I still have not heard from hotel. Never again will we stay there and I will be fighting to get the refund that I paid and that my sister paid. I truly hope that the hotel will reach out and fix there mistakes
