Bed was comfortable.

AC did not work properly. Breakfast was the worst if any place we stayed on our trip.

Friendly breakfast staff

At check-in we met a bored and bad-tempered employee. In our opinion, the hotel has a renovation backlog. But the worst was the breakfast. No bread, no bagels, just waffles and one type of muffin. Only apples were offered as fruit, and there was only one type of yoghurt. Nothing more.

Hotel had a heavy disinfectant smell, but didn't seem clean. There was no light in the room entry where there was a luggage stand, bathroom door opened into the middle of the room making it awkward at night, carpet had stains, windows were dirty and screen had a large hole in it. Supplies were limited, service was non existent. A sign in the room said if you needed anything to come down to the front desk to get it. Breakfast offered hardboiled eggs, apples, and sugary cereals and waffles. There was no toast. Room was very noisy from other occupants and traffic. Hotel was generally run down and in need of repairs.

The air conditioning was lacking, but that may have been the size of the room. TV was a bit small. Plus the channels didn’t seem to line up with the online guide. It was a bit confusing. The breakfast selection was meh. But I wasn’t there for that anyway. I work nights, so breakfast options don’t figure into most of my room options.

The room was incredibly hot, had the AC on and i couldn’t sleep. Took a cold shower to try and cool off, a few hours later, we decided to leave because it was so uncomfortable. The front desk guy didn’t even care.

The staff were amazingly attentive. Special mention to receptionist Skylar and Gina in the breakfast room. Very good location. Can get a bus into Portland within a five minute walk.

Breakfast was not up to the standard of everything else.

No breakfast, room was very cold heat didn't' work well. There was so much ice on the sidewalk and parking lot. It was dangerous to walk from the car to the door.

second day after having a bad experience with a guest kicking for down hall they moved us to another room an it was nice an relaxing. great night after our wedding

Location was good. Breakfast was ok too.

Hotel was rundown and outdated. The carpet in the hallways was in very poor shape. The hallway lighting was dim and creepy. The room was just ok. Clean enough to stay one night but not as clean as it should have been. We slept on top of the bedding just in case.

Room was clean quiet and comfortable.

Advertised breakfast was pointless. One ice machine for 3 floors, only one functioned and no notifications. Television selections were pointless, not one movie channel w/o commercials, regular tv sucks.

price and location but most of all the facilities which are still in partial lockdown for Covid

Front desk staff nice, beds soft… lobby definitely nicer than the hallways…

floors look old and dirty smelled… breakfast was not what we expected runny waffle mix cold boiled eggs, pitcher of room temperature orange juice, definitely go get breakfast… Don’t base your stay on free breakfast.
