Party in the hall all hours of the night. Called and complained it stopped for two minutes and then they were back at it. Got no sleep. Old soap wrapper in shower and plastic bag wrapped over the smoke detector.

The room was dirty, the front desk was rude second shift and third shift I was not happy with my stay at all

Staff were all very nice, place was clean, breakfast and ammenities (coffee and cookies) were good. My husband thought beds were comfortable, I was a little less comfortable. We had a suite and having the bedroom at the back with a door was great for sound proofing.
Nice hotel overall but some rooms (bathroom) were a little dated, but very clean.

This hotel chain is excellent but this location told us at check-in that the cable is out. Since we were staying 2 days I asked when it would be fixed. Didn’t know, been out for days. Sure enough, got 1 analog station for the entire weekend. Made for boring nights with no TV to watch. We were gone during the day but would have appreciated TV at night. Second, our last night there we thought we’d kill time in the hot tub. Nope. They allowed a pool party, which is fine, except they gave them from the start of the party till close of the pool at midnight. We went down a couple of times, last time at 11:10pm to check, and the pool and hot tub was full of people drinking. Not supposed to have food/beverages in the pool area and the front desk told us that the kids had to be out at 11pm. Nope. Kids still everywhere and adults drinking, pool pretty full and hot tub definitely full. We never got to use it. We were pretty disgusted with this trip.

This was an average affordable hotel. The nicest area was the pool, but that had a door proposed open leading to the equipment and chemicals for the pool. The floor of our room didn’t appear to be swept (crumbs and dust). The TV also didn’t work and we tried everything. The space it self was decent (plenty of room), but our room was right by the pool and breakfast area, which was hosting a child’s birthday party, and the rooms are really not soundproof. We also heard a lot of heavy, running footsteps on the floor above us at 1:30am. Service was average; breakfast was nothing special. Location was convenient.

The pool should have been marked as out-of-service. The hot tub was cloudy with foamy bits of human flesh and way too much chlorine. The pool was also cloudy with some chunks of something (chlorine tabs?) floating around. The chemical smell was overwhelming. We have kids who need to get their wiggles out, so the pool is one of the most important factors when we choose a hotel. We travel to CF often to visit family, and we will not be staying at this hotel again.

We had a king room with a whirlpool and it was very clean and honestly i have no complaints. Nice area of town, staff was great, breakfast was typical hotel breakfast but plenty ro choose from. Would definitely stay again.

It was perfect. Everything was in perfect order when I arrived. They had my reservation and all I needed to do to finalize was present my card used to book it.

We had clearly reserved 2 rooms, as was noted in the confirmation. When qe arrived, the front desk said there qas only one room (depite showing them the 2 room confirmation) Finally got a second room, but this was vwry irritating and stressful

Did a quick stop overnight back from Blk Hills Rally had plenty of trailer parking. Rex was super efficient checking us and giving us advice! The cookies was so good at the front desk! I may have had a few more than I should Have!!!

We stopped here on our long journey home from the Black Hills of South Dakota. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Free cookies and coffee/tea/cocoa are a great touch when first arriving! Our room was spacious, modern and clean. We got a great night's sleep to continue our long drive home! I would highly recommend staying here. It's a great value for the price!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Overall the room was clean however I had a room with a Jacuzzi and after using it my skin felt extremely itchy. My one other complaint was that the breakfast wasn't the greatest. Not a ton of choices. I ended up going to a local place to eat.

The stay here saved our trip as we moved out of a worse hotel situation. We had a nice room here, clean, with good breakfast hot daily, and an easily accessible pool. Shout out to Lemond (aka Macgyver) in the breakfast area for being extremely helpful, hard-working and cleaning up after all these people! He keeps this place together

The furniture and appliances in the room seemed minimal and cheap compared to other hotels in this class. However, the beds were comfortable.
There was a very strong smell of marijuana on our floor & there were doors slamming in the hall until after 2:30 am. These issues were not the fault of the hotel.
