Evacuated from Naples due to Hurricane Milton. The hotel was full and everyone had their pets. The hotel staff handled the whole situation impeccably.

We drove to Ft. Lauderdale to try and get out of the path of hurricane Hellene., we live in Venice & was told to evacuate. I always stay at Hampton Inns, I can usually count on Clean beds ans bathroom

There wasn’t always someone available at the front desk. The girl who checked us in wasn’t friendly. Pool towels not readily available. For the most part it was a nice place to stay.

The front desk woman was very nice. I wish I can remember her name because she deserves acknowledgement for her professionalism and kindness to the guests. I would definitely stay here time and time again.

Check-in staff was very nice. Hotel room was average. A little run down but ok considering the fact that we were just needing a place for a quick stay while attending an event in South FL. I wouldn’t stay there for vacation or a leisure trip. This just served the purpose of needing a place to stay that night. Water pressure is dreadful. Good luck waking your hair. Better chances in a remote Caribbean island. Other than that it was fine/average.

Check in was fine. But booked here mainly for the hot tub and pool. The hot tub was not working but this was not stated when booking. Very disappointed with that! The beds were hard. The pillows were good though. The shower had no water pressure!! Showers are important when picking a hotel!! So that was a bad point. Breakfast was good. Check out was easy. Also tried to add a photo but it wont let me...

The property was good for the location but the service was terrible especially after seeing roaches in the bedroom two days in a roll.after check out spoke to the front desk but no one seems to be moved by it. I even took it upon myself to speak with the manager which I usually don’t do and emailed him the pictures because my daughter was disgusted because it crawled over her toothbrush. Pictures were sent to Andrew I believe but he seemed interested only about his cleaning staff not customers service or concerns, Stephanie the front desk lady was amazing, polite and helpful.
Our room was never cleaned nor towels changed, we asked but we were told it’s on request. No soap, lotion tube was empty,shampoo was empty and room wasn’t properly clean as there were stains on the sheets.
I definitely won’t be staying there again

In general the room was clean and well maintained, but the carpeting felt unclean. I had been walking around the room barefoot, but after a short while decided to put shoes and socks on.

Hotel was very clean, customer service was excellent. I forgot one of my ear pods at the hotel Melody and staff went above and beyond to get it back to me.
