All staff was great. Check in was quick and easy and the associate serving breakfast was also great! Love that she interacted with everyone and can tell she enjoys her job. Great breakfast!!

Lot of homeless people in the area that hangbout at McDonald"s. Had to leave for training at 4:30 am, and the girl didn't want to unlock the front door for me to leave, couldn't make decisions, couldn't tell me where I could go to get out,, and moved slow - this is a big fire hazard!! Would mop front lobby during high traffic times. Room had red stains in floor. Door was broken and took a lot to open and close it. The desk and mini dresser below tv had stains, appearing dirty.

Specifically chose this Marriott property because of outdoor pool. Requested ground floor room. Upon arrival we learned the pool was dirty and closed and our room request was ignored. Inside the room we found a filthy bathroom, loud rattling AC and dirty floors and furniture.

We drove from LA to Las cruces and paid for a hotel with a pool because it was 119 degrees. We arrived to find out pool was closed!!! It would have been nice to have been told that ahead, I would have switched hotels. Then went to get ice and ice machine was broken!!! Not even a discount was given. Room was nice and large, front desk was friendly but did not make up for pool. This is a Marriott..geez.

We arrived to find the pool closed, the internet inoperable and panel inside the elevator broken (you couldn't push the button for the 2nd floor). Within our room, the TV turned off at will (4x Friday night), and there was no stopper in the bathroom sink. Seems like serious maintenance issues.

Some fixtures such as lights and bathroom door are not working, But everything is clean and the staffs are nice and polite.

There are dinning options in the walking distance. The breakfast staff was attentive to our needs. The place was quiet.
The inconvenience was our room was at the end of the building wing. It was a long walk to the ice machine whick only available at the first floor. The one on the third floor was out of order and there was none on the second floor.

Pool was not working the area wasn’t the best. There was a lot of homeless traffic in the area for a single mother with 3 children.

This is a franchise Springhill so it is a little different than I expected from the ones run by Marriot, but the helpfulness of the staff more than made up for my initial uneasiness I had. Had no troubles here while passing through and would stay again.

The property and hotel was amazing but the pool area was disgusting and closed! Wish we were aware of the pool being closed because if we were we wouldn’t have booked at this hotel. The hotel showed and pool and hot tub and that’s a big reason we booked here!
