Good value for lodging! Although Hotels.Com charged me a higher rate than what Marriott would have charge. Food and value for food was marginal

Unfortunately there was a cheerleading competition and we were on the same floor where there were dozens of young girls screaming and running up and down the hallway until 2am. We had to call front desk to complain.

The room was clean and descent size. We got charged for $75 for pet fee..I mean are you serious? Who charge this amount of money for pet? I always pay for $25, and I travel a lot. This was a big disappointment. Also, the service at Starbucks in the lobby was terrible. It was a long line, only 2 people was working at register, same person did a coffee, the sandwiches...we were waiting 15 min to get our food. It was a worst experience ever, especially with over charged me. In the washroom through the air grill we heard clearly people talking above us or somewhere around us. I have never had this experience ever, especially with Marriott.

Room itself was decently clean. Beds were comfortable. The rest of property was a mess. Pool area and gym weren’t picked up- cups everywhere, not cleaned from the day before, used gym towels left over all the equipment, the pool never had fresh towels stocked and we had to keep asking the front desk to bring more. Hallways were dirty. Breakfast was chaotic. Long lines with only one person working. I do, however, appreciate the generous options/drink choices they added with the breakfast if purchased upon booking.

We came to Lowell to see Celtic Thunder. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We were amazed to discover it was 11 am when we woke up. That never happens ❣️we could have missed checkout time. Never thought to set an alarm with a noon check out😂 It was just what we needed. Thank you

I was pleasantly shocked with how beautiful this hotel was - from the lobby to the rooms. The room was very modern and comfortable. The location was also perfect for our trip and we will gladly stay here again.

Well the breakfast situation is very bad. One person to take order run the coffee machine and other drinks and run the food to the table of over 200 guests. I will leave it to your imaginations how long it took. Come down for breafast at 9am wait on line for 40 minutre just to place my order. got someone also order that it was not my at 11:05 am.😪😪. After for 20 minute in line i did go to the front desks and all i got was sorry but we dont have any one also that can help. No maneger either.
I like the hotel but next time i will eat at Macdonald lol.and that is saying alot.

Kids were loud at the next room, no parents in the rooms, 13-14 years old, we advised 3 times and nothing change, didn't sleep until 2AM.
Was very disapointed of the managment actions.

The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble.

Good place and amazing hotel , but during our stay there was a lot of kids screaming and making so much noise ( soccer tournament or whatever). We had to wait minutes before going into the elevator because they were so many…

Very nice hotel for a family weekend. Close enough from Boston, easy to access from highway. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Only thing that needs upgrading is the pressure in the shower.

Very nice hotel. The only downside is that this hotel is in an industrial complex, and the access road is very dark, no lights. It was difficult to find the hotel at night, and the road so dark it was hard to tell if we were going the right way.
