The hotel itself was nice. The service was terrible. I requested bedding for the pullout couch and waited so long that it was almost bedtime and had to call again. Took a very long time even after calling a second time. The restaurant was incredibly slow with a very long line and the food was mostly terrible. We had 4 kids who ordered pasta which was burnt and inedible and we were told that’s all they had and could not make more. They did offer a substitute which was nice but after waiting an eternity for the pasta, waiting for more food to be made was not ideal. The next morning, the line for food was extremely long and slow again. A single staff member was running the show and it was extremely frustrating.

Where to begin!!!! How about with the end which is that I had no choice but to pack up and leave this hotel WITH MY 6 YEAR OLD at 1030pm the same night we checked in! Checked in at 3pm today and right away the room is 83 when we walk in. I grab a woman in the hall who calls maintenance. The guy spends an hour fooling around with the unit which means we can't even go to the pool or do a thing but sit and wait while he works on it. Finally he does something and the heats off and it gets cooler. We leave and swim and get dinner at the bistro and return to the room around 630pm. The room is now 70 and the heat won't go on which clearly means it'll get cooler as the night goes on with no heat the temp will drop over the night. I call front desk and the guy JARED says he'll come up in a few minutes. Half hour later I have to call down and he admits he forgot about us and finally comes up. He does legit nothing but play with the thermostat at the wall.. says he will set it and the heat should be on any minute. Like i didn't try that myself! Sure enough it does not come on and so after 25mins I call him again. Mind you my 6yr old is tired and it's almost 9pm. I'm tired and just want to at the very least get in pjs and not deal with this still or at all! On this phone call Jared sounding annoyed with me says he's going to call the Gm to see about getting an engineer up to look at it. Says he'll call me back in 5 minutes! Nothing. And btwi don't want an engineer up in our room at this hour. Just get us a new room! But I gave him 40 minutes before I call back and get nothing. I called and called over an hour! No one comes..no one calls. No one answers my calls. My daughter is now asleep and i can't even go down to the desk to talk to anyone about switching the friggen room which I did ask about when he came up the first time! I can't even get him on the phone to get an extra blanket. Nothing! THEN THE HEAT COMES ON!! best part...

When I first arrived to check in I already kind of knew it would be a very nice experience. (I hope it’s ok to name names.) Jared checked us in and he was so friendly and helpful and it went very quickly he was just the best and when we saw him again walking by he said hello again. All the staff was very nice. Also I just loved my room it was fantastic and we had some trees by the window which I like. I could go on but basically we just had a great time.
I have nothing to complain about!

Location is quiet.
Put out a pot of FREE coffee in the lobby. The lobby Starbuck was not open when I got up and wanted a cup of coffee. Desk Service told me that there was no coffee yet. I had used my room pod the day before. The price of the room should include basic comforts of home and a minimized maid service - Fresh coffee pods, toilet paper, soap and fluff pillows and bed making. I'm sure that you've heard this comment before. Why not do something about it? The policy of service every 3 days is understandable but there should be minimal quality/comfort checks each day to make the travel experience more comfortable with new sheets, vacuum, towels, empty trash, wipe mirror and sink, etc on the 3rd day.

Remodeling, carpeting. Too difficult to roll our suitcases down the hallway with the new carpet.

Location was great for my needs and it's really nice that the hotel is pet friendly.
This hotel is very dated. They are currently renovating, but the rooms are outdated - there are no USB plugs in the rooms, no smart TV. The carpet and ceiling were stained and so was the tub. Not to say this place is dirty, it just needs an update.

Did not get the breakfast. Had to be at work so there was no time.
I was quoted a certain price, but when I saw my bank account, I saw a higher price charged to my card. When I questioned the staff, I was told an added cost for “incidentals” was added to my card. I was reassured that whatever “incidental”money went unused, it would be put back to my credit card. I am still waiting for that unused portion to go back to my card.

definitely outdated rooms and the elevators lights went out and then the elevator jerked down. I was only in the dark for a min but it felt like 3883883 hours
