Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff at check in and out. Walkable to various food. Miniature golf across the street. Easy access to parking off of Hiway and not much noise.

We liked that it was close to the stadium. I thought it could have been cleaner. Bathroom had a lot of hair that could have been cleaned with Lysol wipes. Towels were old and carpet was old in the halls. Bed was comfortable though.

No pool it was being worked on. We had to go to another hotel to swim but both hotels had a cloudy and cold pool so we couldn’t swim.

The room itself was clean and fairly relevant. The layout was a bit odd as when you walked into the room, the sink was right there ... But all in all the layout was ok.

This franchise is on struggle bus. Gave away our room on 2nd night of 2-night stay. Put us to a new room not cleaned (stuff smeared on counter) nor enough towels. No remote for TV. Check out was crazy given the moves. Price gouging due to Purdue move in dates. Will not return to this property if it can be helped.

Hotel property backs up to interstate highway. It was very noisy from the traffic all night. Interrupted my sleep. Also, my room had a very musty smell from the moment I walked in. I tried turning the air conditioner colder to see if it would remove the smell. It didn’t make a difference. I talked to the hotel staff about it several times and was offered a room spray (disinfectant). Talked to hotel manager in the morning about the smell and he didn’t offer any solutions like moving me to another room. I decided to check in to a different hotel for the remainder of my trip.

Friendly staff, if you like firm mattresses then the bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was very good. Scrambled eggs, sausage links and patties, biscuits and gravy, assorted muffins and toast, make your own waffles, bananas and cereal. On Saturday morning all of the above plus omelets. Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We will definitely stay again.

This hotel seems to be new or recent remodeled so very clean. Staff just did their job. Not friendly but efficient. Big issue was that the pool was green therefore closed. I asked to change hotels or for refund and they arranged for us to walk next door to use their pool. Best Western said pool would be open in the morning. It wasn’t. I had taken my 7 year old grandson for an outing before school starts and swimming was to be a fun part of our trip.Pool closed should have been posted on their website and at Hotels.com

We were charged for a room, that was smoked in. I am allergic to cigarettes and am suffering now, from yesterday, coughing and sneezing. Every light bulb in our room, was a different color. No freezer, as advertised. So we lost all of our frozen stuff, as it was just a fridge. We were scared to walk around the building with our daughter to stretch her legs, due to the guests smoking pot behind the building, along with a few staff members. With that said, nothing like the advertising and it’s sad you have to rope in business like that! Tricking people with of their hard earned money, and making it seem like it’s worth it. We also brought our own sheets. Thank god!! The black light on the sheets! Lit up like tie-die! BE BETTER

The room was clean but the workmanship lacked polish (bathroom tiles on the floor and trim). The pool was small, but the bed was comfortable. It was fine.

Easy access from highway and staff was friendly and helpful. Room was kinda dirty including used soap bar left in the shower, the plus was someone left 10 cans of Founders IPA in the refrigerator. Good quick one night stay kinda place.

Very, Very loud. not really the hotels fault. The freeway is 50 yards from the front door and is approximately the same decibel level as a chainsaw when outside. Inside is only marginally better. Staff was friendly and the place was clean but I didn't sleep.
The state of Indiana DOT really needs to fix this.

The manager told my daughter to stop using the elevator so much and then when she went down there to get change for laundry soap he said he’s going to have to put her on pay roll so very unwelcoming

Clean, very friendly and helpful, breakfast was plentiful. The beds were VERY firm. If this bothers you, as it did my back, then perhaps a different hotel. My travel partner did not have an issue with the firmness of the bed. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was acceptable. The worst part was part was the price gouging. paying $ 300 a night for this room and hotel was pretty ridiculous.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel representatives were courteous. Checking in and checking out was very easy. My only wish was that it had an ATM in the lobby for convenience, and I wish that it had a shuttle service.
